See Susan Sarandon's Daughter Eva Amurri's Wedding Pictures!

Eva Amurri married Kyle Martino at the Confederate Home event space in Charleston, SC, on Saturday. Eva, who is the daughter of Susan Sarandon, and Kyle, a former MLS soccer player, became engaged last December and chose a historic property for their nuptials. Eva's gorgeous lace gown was designed by Lela Rose while Kyle was decked out in a tuxedo from Brioni. Guests included Susan Sarandon's ex Tim Robbins, designer Chris Benz, and Derek Blasberg. The wedding was just one of many festivities during the exciting weekend that also included a scavenger hunt, cocktail party, and oyster roast. Newlyweds Eva and Kyle left for their honeymoon yesterday - congrats to the couple!

Chris Benz Goes For Green Eyes, Orange Lips

Lime and persimmon are hardly a common culinary pairing, but the fashion world favors unusual tastes. Case in point: this bright makeup look from today's Chris Benz presentation. Working with Lancôme's Spring 2012 colors, makeup artist Daniel Martin used green eye shadow and an orange-red lipstick to complement Benz's color-soaked collection. The lipstick shade, Sequins in Love, was a preview of Lancôme's forthcoming lipstick launch, Rouge in Love. Though it won't be available until February 14, if the 21-shade lineup provides as much saturated color as what was shown at Chris Benz, we might just have found our valentine for next year.

Chris Benz has been collaborating with Lancôme for a while now, and the colors at his show are always eminently covetable. Now, they've taken things a step further with a "Benz Bag" gift with purchase that's exclusive to Saks Fifth Avenue and saks.com. The bag is cute - I love the '70s vibe - and it's yours after spending $60 at Lancôme (not hard to do) between June 14 and 25 to get it. Also, if you want to see Benz in person, he'll be making an appearance at the Saks flagship in New York on June 23.

If you're curious about what's inside the bag, there's mascara, face and hand creams, a blush, a lipstick, and a Juicy Tube. So if you were planning on restocking some of your Lancôme standbys, this would be an excellent time to hit the Saks makeup counter.

New York Fall Fashion Week: Fab Interview With Chris Benz

We caught up with the adorable, easy-going, rainbow-haired Chris Benz before his presentation as he was applying last-minute fixes to his Fall 2011 collection. Mind you, it's about five minutes until his presentation and he's got a pair of scissors in hand, fixing bows and rearranging jewelry.

FabSugar: Can you talk to FabSugar and tinker at the same time?
Chris Benz: Oh, I love FabSugar! Absolutely. (To model) OK, you're ready to be shot.

FS: What was the inspiration of your collection?
CB: I have been a mentor for SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), so I've been traveling down to Savannah, GA, a lot. And I've been able to explore this Southern, sort of creepy town. So that was the impetus for Fall. All of this haunting beauty. Even the color palette is that sort of swampy beauty that we love.

FS: We love the hats. Can you tell us about them?
CB: Oh thank you! Yes, they're actually a collaboration with Patricia Underwood.

FS: Who is the ideal woman you like to see in your clothes?
CB: We have so many great supporters of the collection. I have always wanted people that understood it to gravitate towards it, like Susan Sarandon and her daughter Eva, or Kelly Osbourne. Debbie Harry is the new great supporter, who represents that kind of American renegade that we love. I just love that carefree kind of girl who doesn't take herself too seriously.

FS: I see you collaborated with Alejandro Ingelmo on shoes again. Is that fun?
CB: Yes, we were friends and that's how the collaboration started.

FS: What are you doing after the show?
CB: Nothing! We've been putting all our focus into this. Seriously, no plans. Although I'm sure I'll end up at a bar someplace.

2011 Fall New York Fashion Week: Chris Benz

Swampy, creepy, haunted beauty. That's how Chris Benz summed up his Fall 2011 collection that was inspired by his frequent trips to Savannah, GA. It had that kind of dark Southern romance to it, particularly in the soft silk chiffon florals, sheer beaded pants, and cowboy-cum-witch wide-brim hats he did with Patricia Underwood. In true Chris Benz style, the collection also broke the rules a bit, as it's hard to imagine a hot pink leather jacket floating through forests of Spanish moss. It had a young eclectic femininity of someone who combs flea markets for vintage finds and has Ouija board parties that are the talk of the town. Chris and his friend Alejandro Ingelmo collaborated for a second season on shoes, and the floral-print wedge booties have shot to the top of our Fall wish list.

Trends: Layering, florals, sheerness, '70s, romance.
Colors: Red, blue, pink, cream, black.
Key Looks: A blue floral dress with blue jacket and hat; the floral wedge booties.
Accessories: Alejandro Ingelmo shoes and Patricia Underwood hats.

Chris Benz-Worthy Spaces

One of my favorite forces of 2011 Spring New York Fashion Week was Chris Benz. Chris doesn't do reserved. His designs are always eye-catching yet incredibly wearable, and his Spring/Summer 2011 collection was no exception. The collection was vibrant and fun with '60s-inspired florals, neon greens and sharp cerulean blues, elegant draping, towering heels, and ladylike shapes. Come April, I know I'll still be coveting it all. I thought I'd translate some of my favorite looks from the collection into some equally crave-worthy interior spaces.
