Here is a song that is groovy, baby. You'll remember this one. Though the Stereo MC's came and went, this song stayed with me. It's soulful and dance-inducing; it's the type of song I don't mind getting stuck in my head. It also happens to have a trance-like quality to it, so if you need to zone out for three minutes and 46 seconds, feel free. I do want to point out all the denim in the video, from baggy pants and the denim shirt-wearing lead singer to the funky backup singers and their Fab denim vests. I'm feeling the denim connection . . .

The Bag to Have: French Connection Layered Ribbon Clutch

If Lanvin's Pop Ribbon Clutch ($1,565) had a younger, more frugal sister, it would be this French Connection Layered Ribbon Clutch ($20, originally $118). My adoration for it stems from the following: its low price, the navy hue, the delicate ribbon layers, and the size. It has muy chic written all over it.

Jenni Kayne's Fall '09 collection was brilliant, but I didn't expect anything less from the trendsetting designer. Among the standout looks was this all-black trouser and tube top set, finished with chunky sandals, a gold ball necklace, and black-rimmed glasses. Simple yet unmistakably cool, that's Kayne's forte. If you wish to recreate it, French Connection's Cosmic Wonder Tube Top ($80, originally $138) should be your starting point. It's pleated like the designer version but way cheaper. Get your Kayne on.

French Connection Rina Ruffle Sweater: Love It or Hate It?

This French Connection Rina Ruffle Sweater ($100, originally $128) is quirky, but wearable. I can totally see Irish singer Roisin Murphy rocking it on stage. I dig its sheerness, the tiny vertical ruffles, but most of all, the loud color. A pair of gray skinny jeans would temper it well. What's your verdict? Too crazy or just your style?

French Connection dresses are really popular these days! Lauren Conrad wore her green French Connection dress at LAX, while ex-professional wrestler Stacy Keibler wore hers at the French Connection celebrity styling event, as well as at a pre-Emmys party. I prefer the casualness of LC's ensemble. Stacy's looks too formulated with the peep toe pumps. Who do you think wore it better?

We're in for a fun week with the release of the highly anticipated vampire movie Twilight. Have you read the book yet?! I have, so I'm ready. The movie's heroine Kristen Stewart looks every bit Bella Swan: fragile, girl-next-door pretty, pale. Lauren Conrad tried on French Connection's Bella Dress at French Connection's Styling Event in Malibu a couple weeks ago. Actress Rachel Leigh Cook showed up at the Toronto International Film Festival two days ago in the same blue frock. This one is a tough call because both ladies are cute and petite. I'll go with Rachel since she exudes elegance. Who do you think wore it better?

Fabworthy: French Connection Print Silk Tunic

Have you noticed that French Connection has been doing a lot of color blocking lately? I'm not fond of many of their multi-colored dresses, but this French Connection Print Silk Tunic, $158, is striking my fancy. The combination of the colors - red, plum, royal purple, camel - is tres magnifique. And the puffy three-quarter bell sleeves are very old-school 40s. This dress-cum-tunic can be worn over skinny jeans, leggings, textured tights or with bare legs. A low ponytail, like the one on the model, would polish the look perfectly. Now that's what I call versatility!

Colorful tights are nothing new. But you have to be pretty bold to wear them and Halloween doesn't count! Sure, Gossip Girl Blair Waldorf wears black and white tights all the time, but colored tights are a whole different ballgame.
