I can't get enough of Victoria Beckham's Thanksgiving fashions. Check her out looking posh as ever out and about in NYC. I love everything about this outfit, but something caught my undivided attention: her ravishing red heels (Loubs, of course!). Now is the time to don this festive color. The sexy hue is ideal for the holiday season and the styles are endless. Strappy, platform, stiletto - you get the picture. On another note, can you think of a better way to make a LBD pop? I didn't think so.

Funny, I've been lusting after her Christian Louboutin Rolando Hidden-Platform ($700). Actually, that price tag is not so funny. Oh, to live the Posh life!

Shoe Designer Spotlight: Courtney Crawford

Growing up in a household with five women, Courtney Crawford was well aware of the importance of a luxurious shoe.

After graduating from college in Florida, Courtney pursued his passion for designing shoes at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. There he garnered his talent and connected with some of the most prestigious players in the fashion industry. During his time at FIT, Courtney secured an internship with milliner and shoe designer Eugenia Kim. After only interning a couple of months with Eugenia, he was appointed head shoe designer for her company. The fresh-faced designer also collaborated with Missoni for her 2007 Spring shoe collection.

Courtney's sexy and confident shoes have charmed many celebs including Lindsay Lohan, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, and Nelly Furtado. Keep your eyes peeled for the debut of his new collection in stores and online!

Just ask Valerie Waters, fitness expert on LIVESTRONG.com's advisory board and trainer to pretty folks like Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck, Cindy Crawford, and Jennifer Lopez. Her motto: "You're one workout away from a good mood."

And I would add, with these moves culled from her "Red Carpet Ready" program, you're only a few workouts away from a better body too.

So, first of all, what makes Valerie Waters such a sought after trainer? It might be her flexible attitude and her bright smile, among other things. "Every workout needs to move you toward your goal, but also make you feel better," she asserts. "I always have a plan, but I also have a plan B. If someone didn't sleep the night before or they [have] PMS, I may modify the workout. I always make sure the client feels successful."

4 Tried and True Tips From Waters

Being consistent is key. That doesn't mean doing the same exercises all the time, but being regular, healthy and moderate in your lifestyle.
Don't do too much too soon or assume the workout will do it all. If you want to lose weight, you must work on your diet!
For fast results, circuit train and eliminate sugar and white flour.
Eat more veggies and drink more water. These are cliches for a reason.
