Clutches have taken a turn for the bigger. Back in the day, a large kind like this Urban Outfitters Croco Large Clutch ($38) might have been mistaken for a work portfolio, but thanks to celebs like Lindsay Lohan, who recently wore this very clutch, it's used as daywear now.
I fell in love with this particular clutch long before I saw it on Lindsay.

Not too long ago, Saks invited me to meet handbag designer Nancy Gonzalez. For those not familiar, Nancy has been delivering decadent — read: exotic — handbags since 1998. Think of a Nancy Gonzalez bag as a classic — up there with Chanel and Bottega Veneta — only spicier.

Sure, you could be Dasher, Dancer or Prancer at holiday parties this year, but if you prefer to be Vixen, a party purse will step up your game. Your Fab Finds this week were filled with sumptuous satin clutches, croc pochettes, and bejeweled minaudieres — all Fab fodder for a fantastic entrance.

Bottega Veneta's first resort campaign left my eyes yearning for more. Sometimes a half face shot is all you need when you're as beautiful as Colette Pechekhonova. Shot by Vanity Fair's Todd Eberle, the ad evokes a clean, calm aesthetic with Colette posing in an ill Bottega Veneta blue leather trench coat.

Andarei handbags are made from fine Italian leather so they are highly reliable. They are feminine but have a bit of attitude to them.

It's been a while since Sienna and Savannah Miller's Twenty8Twelve debut. Their collection of subtly tough, slightly sweet menswear-inspired clothes have proven to be a success, so much that the sisters have decided to expand into accessories. This Fall, the label will deliver a 12-piece collection of leather totes, wallets, and clutches.

Sarah Michelle Gellar wore this dramatic and classy Bottega Veneta strapless black gown at the Costume Institute Gala and she chose to accessorize with a crocodile clutch and artsy earrings. Christina Ricci wore the same dress at the Chopard Party in Cannes pairing her look with a clutch similar to Gellar's and opted to keep her earrings simple. She did, however, go heavy on the collarbone with a diamond crusted emerald necklace.

We're so accustomed to seeing Rachel Bilson in laid back clothing that when I saw her on the Whitney Art Auction red carpet in her tighter-than-tight Herve Leger number, my jaw dropped. It was as if I was seeing an Herve Leger dress for the first time. When I was finally able to peel my eyes off the dress, I focused on her beautiful Romanek "The Celeste” feathered clutch.
