I don't know where Maria Sharapova went last night, but it must have been a helluva swanky party. The tennis star has once again impressed with her spot-on fashion sense. The cobalt cutout Thakoon dress gives her look a major jolt, while the chunky silver Dries van Noten necklace adds more pizazz.

As refreshing as a bite of a tangerine, Julia-Louis looks ready to party in her cut out Narciso Rodriguez gown. J'adore her stacked diamond bangles and elegant updo. But is the cut ourtand color too saucy for you?

Just when I was about to frown upon Selma Blair's stylist for putting her in dowdy outfits for the Hellboy II movie photo calls, she showed up to a party in a sexy black Nathan Jenden cutout dress. If you're down with the roaring '80s, it's high time for you to cut it out. Agyness Deyn always manages to look like she just fashionably rolled out of bed and this look is no exception. Besides the crazy hair and strange look her boyfriend's giving her, I'm lusting over her radical red cutout top.

For these I want you to envision yourself poolside in Palm Springs or the Hamptons - somewhere cool, calm and collected - not so much wet n' wild as Rio!. I have really come to appreciate cut-out one pieces over the years. Yes, they may create some of the funkiest tan lines but they are so Bond girl!

This is a story about two girls, Caroline and Donna, who were destined to become stylish bosom buddies. Before they met at F.I.T., the two led parallel lives hoping to become fashion designers one day. Shortly after graduating, Caroline and Donna combined their quirky ideas to create Caroline Hedaya, a genesis of Caroline's graceful touches with Donna's architectural aesthetic.
