The adorable Christina Ricci left the gym looking mighty cute and non-sporty in her light blue plaid Splendid shirt, cutoff shorts, and Sigerson Morrison gold sandals. Wouldn't it be nice if every gym buff left their sneakers and sports bras in the . . . gym? I think so! The actress completed her casually nonchalant look with a cool cream bag, a star necklace, and Dita sunnies.

This is how Ashley Olsen does Summer. Itty-bitty denim cut-offs, retro footwear - clogs! - and a silky boyfriend shirt. We've moved past boyfriend jeans folks, it's on to that tousled, just-left-my-man's-place, vibe. If you ask me, boyfriend shirts are more flattering than boyfriend jeans anyway. With this borrowed-from-the-boys style you can leave a couple buttons undone, roll the cuffs, and sexily have your shirt blow in the wind.

Draped tops are often associated with fanciness, but Stylistress opted to wear hers with denim cutoffs. Thinking outside the drape, I like it. The juxtaposition between the flowy, feminine top and the structured shorts and wicked boots is hot. Right?!

2010 Paris Fashion Week: Isabel Marant

Isabel Marant - a Fab obsession - opted for more detail, more color, and more leg for Spring. Per usual, I adore everything, minus the camouflage boots. Marant delivered an eclectic chic mix of frilly skirts and dresses, sumptuous tweed, cool prints, girlie ruffles, city shorts, hot hot pink, and sweet turquoise. Railroad denim is redone: teeny short shorts, patchwork miniskirts, and cutoff jeans. Khaki jackets and vests are far from preppy in silky fabrics and utilitarian styles.Pants are either laid-back loose or sexy tight, shown in silky black, Carmen Kass multicolored stripes, hot pink, and cool gray; this pictured pair of laced up black pants are a new classic, totally unique. Jessica Szohr's Gossip Girl style tends to run on the bohemian side, but offset, the actress likes to play it cool in fresh, casual wear. While hanging out with beau Ed Westwick - and his cute parents - Jessica wore cutoff shorts, Dolce Vita wrap sandals, and a plain white tee. I like how the black blazer adds a polished touch while funky jewels and a straw fedora show off her fly personality. Don't they make a dashing couple?

Online Sale Alert! Deep Discounts at Bloomie's

I much prefer walking around Bloomie's than perusing its online site, but I always make an exception for a sale. Its sale section currently houses designer clothing and accessories from 25 to 40 percent off. I can roll with that. What I dig about these J Brand Cut-Off Shorts ($106, originally $141) is the slightly longer cut. True, itty bitty shorts are hotter, but these are good for those times when you're feeling subtle (or for more professional matters).

Fab Finding Follow-Up: No Doubt!

A couple weeks ago, I saw No Doubt. It was awesome seeing the whole crew back together singing all of their hits – "Sunday Morning" was my fave performance. Side note: Gwen's abs inspired me to hit the gym! Besides the music, I enjoyed seeing everyone's concert gear. Looks ranged from cutoff shorts to touches of punk. Me? I wore this fun Topshop vest with short booties and a faded jean jacket. Since I already had my 'fit down, I asked you to show me what you would wear to No Doubt.

I started you off with this Alexander McQueen Silk Houndstooth Scarf ($575); I'm smitten with the contradiction between the print and the fabric. Let's see my top three picks!
