J Brand and LA designer Henry Duarte are teaming up to bring you some rockin' denim. Three low-rise skinny jeans, due out in December, are inspired by David Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust album. Cool!

When they're not strutting their stuff on the runway, models are sure to be spotted at the swankiest events in town. At the Met's Costume Institute Gala, these long legged felines were dressed to the nines in their favorite designer duds. Iman looks stunning posing with her hubbie David Bowie in a smokin' Dolce & Gabbana gown and Fred Leighton jewels.

Following in Heidi Klum's footsteps, supermodel Iman is becoming even more super — by adding jewelry and accessories to her portfolio.
Her new line, Global Chic, is inspired by African countries, India, and Bali, as well as pieces from her personal collection, including her vintage engagement ring from husband David Bowie. The line will be available HSN.com on Dec.

Once in a while a match made in the public eye prevails. Not only for their love for each other, but their style and the unique way they complement each other. For me, Hollywood marriages are such a flighting thing it's hard for me to take them seriously.

When Phillip Lim is inspired by David Bowie's character The Man Who Fell to Earth and Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac, the resulting collection is full of sheer fabrics, satin, Swarovski crystals dotted here and there, and even a little glam gold.
The hems are much more modest on this Lim collection than they have been in the past: the skirts and dresses all hit right at knee-length, if not below. The matronly feel was carried through with long, loose granny cardigans.

I've had a mini-crush on Rachel Comey for some time now - especially after making eye contact with these dual-tone flats. But designer Rachel Comey lends her expertise to more than just lustworthy shoes: she could outfit you from top to bottom if you wanted. She started out with a job at Theory, then she broke off and made menswear - (David Bowie was a fan).

Clad in Giorgio Armani Prive, an attention-loving fashionista can go from the office straight to the red carpet in an instant. By work-appropriate attire, I mean an office that demands high-fashion, high-drama and glamour to the max (think The Devil Wears Prada). That's exactly what Armani delivered this time.

Terry de Havilland is one of those oldies but goodies - in the seventies, he was a real London shoe fixture - Bianca Jagger and David Bowie were fans, and Jackie O received a pair of his shoes as a gift. By the eighties, his platform styles were phased out, and the designer disappeared for a while. But in 2004, he opened shop in London once again, garnering new fans in Christina Aguilera, Kate Moss, and Sienna Miller.

Last week a reader wrote me saying she bought these fierce Betsey Johnson Avril beaded peep toe pumps, $229.99, and needed help putting together a 'retro glam' outfit. She is heading to Miami for a wild escape with the girls in a couple of weeks. I said: think Studio 54 meets David Bowie.
