Kate Bosworth has long been a fan of Calvin Klein, and it looks like the brand is reciprocating the sentiment: She landed the Spring ad campaign for Calvin Klein Jeans. The images were shot by David Sims in New York and aim to represent a "clean, pure and simple all-American" look. This is the actress' first global campaign, which will break in February issues of fashion magazines.

Fab Ad: Balenciaga Spring/Summer '08

Jennifer Connelly is one of those Fab women who makes me swoon. Not only is she an intense actress but her green eyes and fierce brows are transfixing. The house of Balenciaga is a full force to be reckoned with as well. When I heard Jennifer was to be the Spring face of the brand I got giddy. And here they are. As expected, David Sims' photography is bold, simple and beautiful. There are no frills - just Jennifer and Balenciaga. A fine choice to showcase both of the extraordinary talents. Only thing: Does Jennifer look a bit masculine? Maybe it's just the sculptured shoulders of the clothes. You didn't love it the first time around, do you love it now?

Fab Ad: +J, Fall '09

You can't go wrong when you pair affordable, well-tailored clothes with the illustrious Isabeli Fontana. Uniqlo and Jil Sander did just that for the debut of their new line, +J. The Fall '09 campaign, shot by David Sims, catches Isabella absolutely breathtaking in a windblown stance wearing a cozy Chesterfield coat from the collection, which by the way only costs $155! The black-and-white image match +J's simple aesthetic, and check out how her crazy, tousled hair adds a cool twist. Love what you see? The new line, debuting Oct. 1, will also include knitwear, denim, shirts, button-down jackets, and sweaters all priced from $20 to $150.

For Calvin Klein's Spring '09 Collection campaign, creative director Fabien Baron was all about modern minimalism. The ad, shot by CK alum David Sims, portrays model Anna Selezneva looking quite stark and static wearing highly structured pieces. Anna's robot-like stare and posing is a little intimidating, but I appreciate the abstract concept. However, I wish the campaign had more fluidity. What do you think?
