By now, most of you know that in addition to fashion I also love animals. I am, after all, mommy to my Frenchie Annabelle. Imagine taking our favorite animals and pairing them with the industry's hottest models and the world's most sought-after designers. Welcome to the animal hause! I've been noticing many a editorial featuring our furry, and not-so-furry, friends: dogs, monkeys, elephants, cats, cheetahs. Oh, and an eland (a type of antelope) like the one model Behati Prinsloo is battling in April's Harper's Bazaar. Some of these are sexy, some are scary, some serious, and some comical. Welcome to the jungle baby.

Only Paris Hilton has the guts to walk around Robertson Boulevard carrying a ginormous Chewy Vuitton dog bed. Leave it to the Social to throw it over her shoulder ever so confidently, like it's a designer bag. All I have to say is, that's one lucky dog who's going to sleep on that plush thing. Annabelle actually has a chewy Vuitton, too, but it's a clutch size. . . . What do you all make of this, is it straight freaky or so fabulous?

Fab Finding Follow Up: A Day At The Dog Park

Last Sunday I had a wonderful day at the dog park with my Frenchie, Annabelle. I usually dress way down for such excursions - jeans and my Chucks - but last weekend I noticed one woman who was very chic. I asked you all to build an outfit that is casual chic, and not slobby. Maybe with elements such as a great tailored jacket or luxurious cashmere.

Also included are her theories on how culture has played a huge role on influencing fashion cycles and trends. Why did '70s music trigger the popularity of dog collars and safety-pinned clothes - Sex Pistols, anyone?

Bonus points if your dog sits there watching you. Dancing is one of my favorite exercise methods, and this workout is free . . . as well as free-spirited. Get your hips swirling, head twirling, stretches bouncing, and you too can have Jennifer Beals's bootie. Or so we try. Either way, it's good for the body and soul. Plus, it's an excellent Halloween look.
