Karl Lagerfeld has been leaning on fellow German Claudia Schiffer hard recently: First, for the Dom Perignon ads he photographed, and now to rep his favored French fashion house. Claudia epitomizes what I think to be the Chanel woman: classy, sophisticated, and subtly sexy. Plus, it doesn't hurt that she's got the supermodel card on her side.
