Which is why I went to Express, where I spied this sassy snake print Tulip Wrap Dress ($30, originally $60). Since dresses and skirts are up to 50 percent off, I didn't even have to choose between this one and a long-sleeve version.

Take a stand and make a bold statement with this pretty black and ivory floral dress ($18). It fits a size large, and would look perfect for right now contrasted against some black or gray tights. Or if you're really daring, burgundy or plum tights could look smashing, too.
