Nine West is on the top of my list when it comes to funky, comfy, footwear at a reasonable price. For Fall, the brand stepped it up — pun intended — supplying us with cutout booties, platform sandals, and leather boots dyed in rich jewel tones and classic Autumn hues. Heels are high, but not ridiculously so, textures cozy and buttery soft.

2009 Cannes Film Festival: Evangeline Lily
You loved Rachel Weisz in emerald green dip-dyed Valentino; how about Evangeline Lily in a turquoise version? At the Looking For Eric premiere, "Freckles" and new L'Oréal lady opted for a cool crisscross bodice and high slit, but it's the bright-to-dark turquoise hue I adore. With the high neck, pulling her hair back in a slick pony was totally a good call.
