All the famous ladies who attended the National Board of Review Awards chose to wear black or blue, but English actress Emily Mortimer stood out in her asymmetrical frock and strappy, Chanel platforms. The skinny black-patent belt gives the outfit some dazzle as do her simple earrings. For your look below, I've provided a black tank to be worn under the dress to give the asymmetrical touch.

For its second annual "Fashion Gives Back" t-shirt designing project, Glamour Magazine has summoned some of the industry's best talents: Thakoon, Erin Fetherston, Marchesa, Peter Som and Jovovich-Hawk. The tees, which will help raise funds for Malaria No More, will be featured in the October issue. Amanda Peet will model Thakoon's tee, Joy Bryant will wear Erin Fetherston's, Emily Mortimer will be clad in Marchesa's version, Ginnifer Goodwin will wear Peter Som's and Catalina Sandino Moreno will show off Jovovich-Hawk's tee.

The chic handbags, shoes and frocks in Yves Saint Laurent's 57th Street Paris boutique were not alone last night. Stars like Natalie Portman, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Elijah Wood, Catalina Sandina Moreno, all in the upcoming movie, "Paris Je t'aime," gathered at the store for a soiree to celebrate the opening of the flick, which is now showing in the Paris Theatre. I must say, Natalie Portman looks so much like the actress she is always compared to: Audrey Hepburn.
