Do You Prefer Polished Erin or Grungy Erin?

If you haven't checked out JCrew.com in a while, don't be surprised to see Erin Wasson gracing the front page. I stopped dead in my clicks when I spied the model – who's known for her grungy, tomboy aesthetic – donning the retailer's sleek array of printed tops, tweed blazers, jeweled bib necklaces, and peep-toe sandals. Don't get me wrong, she's an amazing model, but the choice seems a little out of character for both Wasson and J.Crew. However, it's nice seeing her feminine side. Which Erin do you prefer: polished or grungy?

Behold Uniqlo's Fall ad campaign for its Heat Tech collection - made from Milk Proteins, which traps heat. You ready for it? Lily Donaldson, Coco Rocha, Erin Wasson, Sasha Pivovarova, Karlie Kloss, Sessilee Lopez, and Tao Okamoto are all stylishly bundled up with snow-capped mountains in the background. I have a feeling what they're wearing, albeit totally cute, wouldn't prevent frostbite. No matter, the shots are captivating and the models are diverse. What do you think? Is this campaign making you melt or freeze?

My Summer essentials list is not very long, but what I do have on it is muy importante. It's all about quality, not quantity. Sunscreen, tanks, bikinis, cut-off shorts, flats, fedora, sunnies, and a long bohemian skirt. I have everything checked off except that last one. While casually perusing at Victoria's Secret, I fell upon this magnificent White Long Embroidered Skirt ($90, originally $138). Voilà! My list is complete - is yours? FABTV: "My Name Is William Rast, and This Is My Life"

The Justin Timberlake William Rast videos, with model Erin Wasson as girlfriend and partner-in-crime, are unfolding. Here are three, back-to-back, to help you get to know William Rast. Timberlake will be performing twice during Fashion Week - at Fashion Rocks and his William Rast runway show. JT is trying to get in with the fashion folks for sure.

For me, William and lover kinda fall flat. Is it me or are they trying too hard? Too hard to be cool? They look great on camera, duh, and the cinematography is eerily interesting. But the smoking, swearing, cuts and bruises, rugged styles, and foreshadowing of a doomed relationship are too obvious. I hope the remaining videos are more action-packed and we see what kind of trouble these two beautiful people get into. Also, the lighting is dark and moody; makes for a dramatic effect but we can't really see the clothes.

On Our Radar: Erin Wasson Designs For Rvca

Erin Wasson will be sketching, rather than catwalking, for her latest endeavor: clothing designer. The model, who played muse and stylist for Alexander Wang's last two collections, will be designing a 2009 Spring collection for Rvca.

“I’m going to get my rocks off seeing girls in California skating around wearing my clothes more than I think I will seeing it in the fashion world,” said Wasson.

The Erin Wasson for Rvca line, which has already had interest from Opening Ceremony, will range from $55 for low cut tanks to $230 for frayed denim shorts. Look forward to a collection filled with cotton tops, denim, miniskirts, and blazers detailed with zippers and thunderbolts. Don't worry, the model doesn't plan on quitting her day job anytime soon: “Oh, no, honey. You don’t bite the hand that feeds you,” said Wasson.
