Designer Phillip Lim's West Hollywood store - 631 N. Robertson Blvd. to be exact - has been in business for exactly a year. Congrats! To celebrate, Vogue threw Lim a bash at his boutique last night. Considering how much starlets love his designs, it's no surprise the guest list was star-studded. Rachel Bilson, Kristen Bell, Molly Sims, Shenae Grimes, Leona Lewis, and Rachel Zoe all came out to wish the designer a happy one-year anniversary. We couldn't be there in person, but let's be there in spirit by checking out the fun photos.

“Arnold is so good. His attention to detail is amazing, he is teaching me so much, and he brings this fresh energy to Fetish,” said Eve.

Talk about flower power! Eve attended Ungaro's Fall '08 runway show at Paris Fashion Week looking bold and beautiful. In most instances, her Ungaro oversized rosette jacket would be considered too over-the-top, but in Paris, it's pure perfection. She smartly balanced the proportions by twining her voluminous top with lean black pants. The metallic sandals also work well. I admire women like Eve who pull out all the stops for fashion . . . Eve showed up to the MTV Studios for her appearance on TRL looking like this? The only way I can justify this mess of an outfit is by believing that her stylist was deathly ill that day. There is just too much going on here: hot pink and black leggings, way-too-strappy shoes and Mr. T-like chunky necklaces. I do adore her LBD because it's modern, classy and so feminine.

I would have first ditched the leggings and gone bare-legged. Then I would have swapped the chunky necklaces for something less gaudy. And those shoes? They would have been replaced with less-strappy and more-classy sky high Mary Janes.

Thick Ass Bangs: Love It or Hate It?

I am so surprised no one has said anything about this dramatic hair trend - so allow me! As a goodbye to bella who is about to launch her own Grey's Anatomy spin-off, er, I mean Sugar site spin-off; I dedicate this Love It or Hate It? to you my darling. I actually had hedge bangs a couple of years ago, but mine were a bit more retro Penelope Tree-like, i.e. the corners curved down framing the face. Some of these ladies' bangs are similar to the Penelope bang, but these are all pretty severe. While this can hide a prominent forehead I don't find this the most attractive bang. Plus, don't some of these look fake? Maybe they are bang pieces, but we know Mena's is the real deal - she was the first one here who busted out this controversial bang. What do you all think...love it or hate it?
