You want some fashion die-hards, I'll give you some. A friend of mine who works in the fashion department at the NY Post started assembling her friends for "fashion dinners." It is what it sounds like. She picks a designer - the first "dinner" was Chanel - and the lassies dress inspired by the designer and meet for a fabulous meal. When she shared this brilliant idea with me, I said she had to take pictures of the next one. And who was the next designer muse?!

Christian Lacroix was the name of the game, and Lady Mendl's Tea Salon at the Inn at Irving Place was the place. As you can see, my girls did it up in pink, florals, lace, vintage-inspiration, headpieces, and frilly fun. Who was your favorite Lacroix lady? I can't choose, they are all fabulously festive. Last night's amfAR gala in NYC brought out a roster of celebrities and models to toast the AIDS-fighting charity on the eve of Fashion Week. Fall 2012 Fashion Week begins today, but there were plenty of gorgeous gowns on display yesterday. Host Sarah Jessica Parker donned a pink Oscar de la Renta gown, which she paired with a leather motorcycle jacket and white gloves while posing for pictures. Leighton Meester broke from filming Gossip Girl to hit the carpet in Louis Vuitton, while other ladies like Julianne Moore, Cindy Crawford, and Elizabeth Hurley wore Roberto Cavalli. Even Leonardo DiCaprio's current squeeze, Erin Heatherton, stepped out in Cavalli. It was Heidi Klum's first public event post-split from husband Seal, and she too wore Cavalli.The guests were treated to dinner, an auction, and performances from Theophilus London and Janelle Monáe.

Lanvin's Spring 2012 Video Ad Features Snakes at a Party

Lanvin created a Garden-of-Eden-inspired dinner party to feature their Spring 2012 collection, set to the beat of 18-year-old music artist Maxine Ashley's latest single, "Cookieman." The video, shot by Steven Meisel, has a similar energy and quirkiness as their Fall 2011 video, which featured Raquel Zimmermann and Karen Elson dancing in a house. That video went viral and spawned a fun fashion week version. This time, it's rising star model Aymeline Valade who looks ultra glamorous while draped in Lanvin's gorgeous dresses, as well as snakes - both real and in jeweled form. While Jessica was promoting her latest venture, her husband Cash Warren was spotted out with their daughter Honor. Jessica and Cash took a break from their busy schedules to attend a fashionable event in Las Vegas last week. They were just a few of the stylish stars at Chanel's dinner to celebrate Numéro Privés at the Wynn Hotel, where Jessica chatted with stylist Brad Goreski and his longtime partner Gary Janetti.

Diane Kruger and Salma Hayek Help Launch Versace Eyewear

Donatella Versace hosted at an exclusive dinner at Paris's Restaurant Lasserre on Monday to unveil the Versace Étoile De La Mer eyewear collection. Diane Kruger was one of the lucky stars to score an invite, and wore a wild cheetah and floral minidress designed by her host, Donatella. Inside, fashionable ladies like Salma Hayek, Anna Wintour, and Abbie Cornish tried on pieces from the line, which will be available in stores as of March. Oscar nominee Bérénice Bejo, from The Artist, also joined the celebration.

Diane's been front and center for many of the Couture Fashion Week events in recent days, starting with Donatella's Versace couture show Monday.She then moved on to Giambattista Valli's presentation and Chanel's Haute Couture extravagana. Salma and Diane are traveling in similar fashion circles this month, and were both on hand last night's opening of Prada’s 24 h Museum. The actresses partied late into the night and were entertained with a special DJ session from none other than Kate Moss.

Kate Moss, Diane Kruger, and Salma Hayek got together for a Couture Fashion Week bash in Paris last night. The event was held to mark the opening of Prada’s 24 h Museum. The project is the brainchild of Prada and Italian artist Francesco Vezzoli, and is open only for today. Things kicked off last night with a private dinner, then Kate took a turn in the DJ booth once the dancing began.

Salma walked inside the city's Palais d'Iéna alongside her husband, François-Henri Pinault. Neither Kate nor Diane had their main men by their sides. Joshua Jackson, Diane's boyfriend, has been busy at the Sundance Film Festival, while Kate's husband Jamie Hince evidently didn't make the trip to Paris. It was the end of a busy day for Kate. She started yesterday morning at a Mango press event in London, then made her way to Paris for the party with some of her friends, including Marianne Faithfull, Anna Wintour, and Emmanuelle Alt.

Chanel threw a fashionable dinner to celebrate the opening night of Numéro Privés at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas on Friday. The attendees included Jessica Alba, Rachel Zoe, Diane Kruger, Alexa Chung, and Brad Goreski. Diane got glam in a sequin-embroidered number, while Jessica wore a black and white silk dress to pose alongside her husband Cash Warren. Jessica's fun night out followed a busy business week that saw the launch of her new eco-friendly home products line, The Honest Company. Rachel and Rodger Berman took the quick trip to Sin City while their pals Joey Maalouf and Mandana Dayani took care of their son Skyler. Jessica and the rest of the stylish crowd kept the action going with an afterparty at 1Oak, where they hung out until after midnight.
