I know a lot of you are fans of the Fendi B Bag...so I'll be nice. I personally think it is a very stiff, awkward looking bag that often looks cheap to me. We are all entitled to our options so what do you all think? nati posted this new B Bag style for Spring in the Love It or Hate It? group. That colorful design running down the buckles only further hurts this $1,940 bag. Thoughts?

Fendi Pleated B Bag: Love It or Hate It?

When it comes to super-luxe handbags, Fendi is a pro. One of its latest designs is this Pleated B Bag, made from gold suede and embellished with gold buckles, a chain handle, and logo clasps. I like the tiny, elegant pleats and the very subtle shade of the leather, but something about this bag looks sort of gaudy to me. What do you think: love it or hate it? You know that signature Fendi buckle - it's recognizable from a mile away. It's found on the brand's bags, belts, and footwear, like this Fendi Peep-Toe Pump ($475). In some instances, such as on the Fendi B bag, it can be tacky, but when the buckle is small, it's so cute. Lucky for you Fendi lovers, I found an equally buckle-iscious alternative that's cheaper and way more comfortable!

I was perusing the shoe department on ShopStyle when I came across this Unisa Maryann Flat ($90). I was instantly reminded of Fendi's signature buckle. Do you see the correlation? It's a dainty sandal with a designer kick. If Spring has got you yearning for color like it has me, consider the other colors: brown, beige, and white.

Celebrity Style: Britney Spears!

I think things are starting to look up for Britney. Here she looks well put together and summery; she obviously got the white memo! This is also her first fab Celebrity Style. Congrats Britney! While this look may be a bit overdone for church, it's a great beach look! Alas, this is a stepping stone in the right direction for Britney, fashionwise. She gets an A for effort.

Trend Alert: Mini Bags

Re-Work Your Office Wear

All this talk of fall fashion is making me want new clothes for work! I definitely need something fresh and fun, but office appropriate. Here's what I found:

It all started when I fell in love with these Ya-Ya George flared leg pants from ShopBop. On sale for $177, they're the polar opposite of the new pencil leg jeans.

Since this fall is all about balancing proportions, I wanted a perfectly fitted top to balance the flowing pants, and no one does fitted better than menswear specialist Thomas Pink. This beautiful tailored herringbone french cuff shirt is $130, and (provided you don't stain it!) will be in your work-week rotation for years to come.

To further emphasize the trendy fall menswear look, I added this classic grey BCBG Max Azria Nelly Vest available from Nordstrom for $108.

It's hard to see the vest on the model, but here's a close-up shot of the heather and grey fabric.

Accessories are always a great way to introduce pattern and color. Because of the basically neutral colors in the outfit, there are a million different pairs of shoes that could work well with this outfit (including some I probably already have in my closet!), but I decided to go out on a limb with this pair of Miu Miu tweed pumps available from Bluefly for $216.

This WA Studios beaded necklace with filagree pendant echoes the autumn colors of the shoes and adds a little feminine flair to the menswear look. Available at Bloomingdale's for $148.

New outfits don't always have to mean new handbags, but if you've got some extra cash, check out this Fendi B. Bag from Bag, Borrow or Steal. If I had banked what Paris made last year, I'd definitely throw it into the pot!

Added up (minus the Fendi bag, of course), the outfit comes to about $779. Uh oh... sounds like I need to get back to work!
