Susan Woo is new in fashion town so let's welcome her. The designer received her BS in fashion design and business, then put her degree to practice at Louis Vuitton, Derek Lam, and Chanel. Not bad.

One of my favorite online retailers, Tobi, is making a loud and proud declaration: It loves an ugly box! In order to stop adding more waste into the environment, it has decided to start reusing all the boxes it receives on a daily basis. A brand new box may look prettier, but Tobi believes it's what's inside that counts.

We're all for sustainability at Fab, so when we heard Banana's going green with its new Heritage collection, we had to let you in on the details. "Sustainability is the new luxury," said executive vice president of design Simon Kneen, who describes the collection, seen left, as "signature sportswear for the really modern attitude."
The Heritage collection, ranging from $39 to $150, is made out of organic cotton, soy silk, and bamboo.

Ferragamo has gone green. In an effort to preserve the Earth, the luxury brand has created a line of eco-friendly handbags named Eco Ferragamo. What makes this collection special is that the bags are made from a nontoxic tanning technique, are lined in handwoven hemp, and use dyes from natural elements such as tree bark.

You know, you hear about celebrities being environmental activists, but to see it seals the deal.
We love Kate Bosworth; she's so cute and her style is ever evolving. We were super excited when we found out she was going to co-host this year's Gorgeous and Green benefit in San Francisco.

You thought you'd seen them all: Reusable shopping bags that practically every retailer sells now — but you have another option. its-laS-tik reusable bags ($14) are green, stylish, and bouncy.
Bouncy?
