I am totally drooling over this look from Fab reader atlanticpacific - she gets major style points for taking risks, playing with height, and adding some retro edge to her ensemble. She rocked a pair of skinny cropped trousers with an elongating vertical stripe, a slouchy plaid button-up, and gray suede heels. She accessorized her cool look with a chunky gold chain and a chic stack of bangles. It's a great example of going out on a limb with your look.

The Look For Less: Argento Vivo Hammered Bangles

I have simple gold bangles, but I'm thinking some hammered ones, like these Argento Vivo Hammered Bangles ($38 each), will add unique flavor to my collection. But since I plan on stacking a bunch, $38 per bangle is simply too much.

Drew is looking so hot lately and in this Roberto Cavalli dress at the Music and Lyrics premiere last week she piled on stacked gold bracelets. I think she went a bit overboard but I do really like this look. I know the majority of you don't prefer yellow gold so I've devised a way for you to achieve this look for when it's only a one or two time thing.

To get this look on a budget,

Buy them cheap, and in bulk, and layer them on! Check out these Claire's smooth gold bangles and Claire's variety of gold bangles, both $6.50/set of five. Raid your friends' and moms' jewelry to see if they have any more you can throw in the mix. The key to this look is to wear them with something exotic, sexy and ideally with a tan!
