I'm usually not an advocate of sibling rivalry, but I kind of enjoyed seeing Eric's evil side. I'm not used to seeing Serena so conservative on Gossip Girl, but I think I like it. In this scene, the hottie donned a Mason by Michelle Mason Mocha Shirtdress ($425). The warm hue looks amazing against her blond locks, and I love the unique zipper detail. A cool twist on a timeless shape.

Fab Read: You Know You Want It, Style – Inspiration – Confidence

If Eric Daman looks familiar to you, it's because he was recently posing pretty with Leighton Meester at the launch of his book, You Know You Want It: Style – Inspiration – Confidence ($20).

The Gossip Girl costume designer knows a thing or two about fashion, after all, don't we all covet Blair, Serena, Vanessa, and Jenny's fabulous Upper East Side ensembles? Daman says the trick to pulling off any ensemble is owning it, and in this book, he teaches us how to do just that via confidence and pizazz. (Side note, I think confidence is a woman's personal journey, I don't believe it can be taught.)

“A catalyst for the book was that I wanted to send the message that fashion and style [don’t] have to be scary - [they] can be totally accessible,” said Daman. "I always say style is 20 percent fashion and 80 percent confidence. You have to own it.” The book also includes a forward by the queen bee herself, Leighton Meester.

When Leighton Meester steps onto the red carpet, she's a fashion force to be reckoned with. The Gossip Girl's ensembles get more and more refined with each event. Sometimes she's super sexy, others ultra femme, and from time to time a full-on movie star in floor-grazing gowns. She's constantly switching it up, that's why she's refreshing to follow. Behind the Seams: Stars Mix and Mingle for Rag & Bone in LA

Gossip boy Ed Westwick hosted a bash at LA's Confederacy for artist Todd DiCiurcio's new show Heartstrings over the weekend. It was sponsored by Rag & Bone, so as you can imagine, the crowd was understated and styley. Ed's girl, Gossip Girl Jessica Szohr stood out in her androgynous pinstripe suit and chunky chain necklace. Also there to support were Hilary Duff, Ashley Greene, Lindsay Price, Bijou Phillips, and more. Brick walls lent a raw vibe, while darkly dressed guests made the scene feel straight NYC.
