I like how Melissa chose to go all out in head-to-toe Winter white, but if that's too bold for you, I suggest investing in a cozy coat. It's the perfect way to stay stylishly warm.

Fab Flash: The Katherine Heigl Collection

In order to further capitalize on her success as "Izzie" on Grey's Anatomy, Katherine Heigl is rolling out a line of health care uniforms in conjunction with Peaches Uniforms.

The designs are aimed at bringing "a new level of style and sophistication to medical professionals who value looking good as much as they value their life's work," and four looks are supposed to reflect the personality of Izzie.

The collection will debut in late Fall of this year, and one of the pieces from the anticipated line can be seen here.

It kind of seems like the celebrity designer collaborations keep getting weirder and weirder, what do you all think?

Thick Ass Bangs: Love It or Hate It?

I am so surprised no one has said anything about this dramatic hair trend - so allow me! As a goodbye to bella who is about to launch her own Grey's Anatomy spin-off, er, I mean Sugar site spin-off; I dedicate this Love It or Hate It? to you my darling. I actually had hedge bangs a couple of years ago, but mine were a bit more retro Penelope Tree-like, i.e. the corners curved down framing the face. Some of these ladies' bangs are similar to the Penelope bang, but these are all pretty severe. While this can hide a prominent forehead I don't find this the most attractive bang. Plus, don't some of these look fake? Maybe they are bang pieces, but we know Mena's is the real deal - she was the first one here who busted out this controversial bang. What do you all think...love it or hate it?

I loved seeing the most tightly wound medical intern from Grey's Anatomy in this lovely, strapless, cream lace frock - and she looks like she's having so much fun in it! The black beaded pin in the center adds the perfect touch. What do you all think?
