When I think of the songs that would make up the soundtrack of my life, this is most definitely one of them. Yes, it's one of the most played out karaoke songs but, I'm sorry, you can never play this song out. It's a rock n' roll romance masterpiece. All this wedding talk and I wanted to shake things up with a song that manages to be both sweet and saucy. Axl wrote the song about then wife Erin Everly (lucky b*tch) and it jolted everybody. It was - still is - an international hit. The video is classic GNR with snippets of the band performing and hanging out; and Axl exhibiting his snakey swagger we all know and love. Here's to love and rock 'n' roll!

WTF?! Elle Channeling Axl?

Nothing tops off a Fab day like a little Axl Rose. Some of you already know the truth - I am a Guns n' Roses fanatic. I usually keep my obsession out of Fab because I understand not everyone shares my love affair - for the band, the music, the Axl - but this was too good to not share.

On your left you have Elle MacPherson at the Belstaff show at Milan Fashion Week. She is looking quite rock n' roll, quite masculine, and quite like Axl, during his glory years of course. And here is an example of the turbulent front man, in a purple leather jacket, signature bandanna and shiny PVC leggings. With all the long blonde hair, leather, and even some swagger, you have to admit there are funny similarities here. Who knew Elle could channel Axl? Wonders never cease...

I know it's a bit ironic to conclude another fabulous week of wedding bits with a tragic ending music video with a wedding in it but this video is epic! From the cinematic helicopter pan of Slash's guitar solo to Stephanie Seymour's infamous mini wedding dress, this video is beautiful. While it still remains a mystery how the bride died at the reception, I remember crushing on her black velvet slim-fitting column dress. And Axl? You all know about my undying love for him!

Here I am in the midst of New York Fashion Week. My theme song? You know it! Most people need to listen to mellow music in times of chaos; me, I thrive on my favorite hard rock band of all time, Guns n' Roses. When all else fails, I just put on my boys and let the tough times roll. Here, you see Axl straight off the bus from Indiana (where he is actually from) about to embark on a life of sex, drugs, and rock n' roll. And it went down just like that. The original band mates are seen here - Axl, Slash, Duff, Izzy, and Stephen - in their metal hair, leather pant, and bad attitude splendor. Let the good times roll . . .

Kate Moss doesn't usually stray away from her sleek modus operandi, but when she does, it's just as amazing. While out celebrating her bro's birthday in London, the Super donned a pair of funky lace-up jeans. It's very Guns N' Roses circa '90, and I love how the lacing goes all the way up her legs. I suggest offsetting the old school vibe by pairing these pants with a decadent chubby - a la Kate - or fancy embellished top. If the full-legged corset is too much for your taste, opt for pants with less lacing. No matter what, don't forget the badass heels and rock star attitude.

The world has officially gone gaga over Lady Gaga. In this epic video, a bittersweet revenge story comes with morbid undertones. It also pokes fun at today's obsession with 15 minutes of fame and those blasted shutterbugs, aka paparazzi. Her BF, Swedish actor Alexander Skarsgård of True Blood fame (yum), attempts to murder the starlet. Little does he know what he's tempering. She bounces back to life in Thierry Mugler, hand hardware, and her infamous funky sunnies. She's quite alluring and caricature-like and - wait - is that Guns n' Roses on the sofa with her?! For those who haven't witnessed, I won't give away the end, but go Minnie Mouse!

A Beauty of Roses

Call me old-fashioned but the classic, distinct scent of the rose is one of my favorites. The rose flower is also one of my all time favorites to receive. As well, Guns n' Roses is one of my favorite bands. OK, you get the point. Luckily, this scent is no longer reserved for Glam-Ma (no offense) and there are fresh, modern rose scented beauty products available today. Known for its tonic and deodorant properties, it also has skin soothing, and aroma therapeutic, i.e relaxing, benefits. Rose extract also aids in exfoliating. Here are some of my favorites:

If you think you've seen Gisele looking her steamiest, think again. Drop-crotch pants, jumpsuits, cropped tees, studded denim vests - you name it, she works it to perfection. And her intense facial expressions? Let's just say I would shiver if she looked at me that way! Side note: I wonder if they played Guns 'n Roses songs during the photo shoot?
