China Fashion Week Spring '10 is underway in Beijing, and so far, crazy headpieces rule. They were made of any and all of the following: safety pins, flowers, studs, tulle, feathers, and leather. Would you wear this severe safety-pin arrangement on your head?! Lady Gaga would. Proceed with caution: headpieces and masks look crazier than they sound.

I love it when Karl gets behind the camera and brings his muses along for the ride. Famous hat maker Maison Michel enlisted the designer to shoot his Fall/Winter '09 look book and the end result is one spectacular shot after another. Of course, did we expect anything less from the perennial Karl? The cast includes Lara Stone, Heidi Mount, Sasha Pivovarova, Sean Lennon, Lou Doillon, Amanda Harlech, and even Laetitia Crahay, Michel's art director and Chanel's accessories designer. It's all very incestuous . . .
