There's nothing I like more than seeing Sophia Bush step outside the fashion box. Over the weekend, the actress attended The Private Lives of Pippa Lee premiere in NYC looking glam galactic in a long sleeve minidress by Helmut Lang. The abstract powder print is so art nouveau, and I like how she tempered it with sleek suede booties. With a dress like that, you don't need a lot of accessories.

Celeb Style: Olivia Wilde

Last night, Olivia showed off her sophisticated, sheath style at the The Late Show With David Letterman donning an elegant Helmut Lang knee-length, gray dress with nude Brian Atwood platform pumps. I'm digging how the actress layered her outfit with a draped leather jacket. It adds the right amount of spunk and doesn't distract from her distinctly divine dress.

The Look For Less: Helmut Lang Leather and Wool Dress

As of late, I've taken a strong liking to the combination of leather and wool, or leather and knit. I think Molly Sims's Elizabeth and James skirt sparked it. Leather on its own can be intense, but the addition of another fabric softens it up. If I could, I'd get this Helmut Lang Leather and Wool Dress ($875). It's modern and futuristic at the same time, but it's way too pricey for me.

Fab Finding Follow-Up: No Doubt!

A couple weeks ago, I saw No Doubt. It was awesome seeing the whole crew back together singing all of their hits – "Sunday Morning" was my fave performance. Side note: Gwen's abs inspired me to hit the gym! Besides the music, I enjoyed seeing everyone's concert gear. Looks ranged from cutoff shorts to touches of punk. Me? I wore this fun Topshop vest with short booties and a faded jean jacket. Since I already had my 'fit down, I asked you to show me what you would wear to No Doubt.

I started you off with this Alexander McQueen Silk Houndstooth Scarf ($575); I'm smitten with the contradiction between the print and the fabric. Let's see my top three picks!

I finally saw I Love You, Man and now Rashida Jones is on my girldar. She has a unique look and just seems like a cool, down-to-earth chick- and this is what her fashion choices tell me, too. At the LA premiere of Funny People she looked chic in separates. While her black and white tubular skirt is lovely, her curvacious blazer denotes modernity. Without the curvy silhouette, her ensemb would have been vanilla, with it, it's cookies and cream. See what I mean?

June. Junio. Giugno. Juin. Juni. There you have it in five languages. "It" being my favorite month - ever. Seriously, it's the beginning of Summer, the sun has come out to play, and I'm feelin' fine. June is also a prime month for me because of the super June sales! Though I usually already have my Summer stock by now, one can always use more tanks, sandals, and swims. Interestingly, this month's musts are all little sparkly things, a couple pairs of pants, and my new baby: my very first non-vintage Bottega! Feels like butta.

I'm normally not a fan of baby pink, but I may have to broaden my color horizons after seeing designer Shoshanna Lonstein Gruss. The designer attended the Valentino: The Last Emperor event in an outfit that pleases both her naughty and nice sides. Her soft pink dress and statement necklace are the highlights, but the Helmut Lang draped leather jacket, ankle-strap sandals, and shimmery clutch reel in much-needed depth. Should you wear baby pink, consider toughening it up, Shoshanna style.

Who Wore It Better? Chloé Scallop Shorts

The House of Chloé designed scallop shorts as part of its Spring '09 collection. They're so unique, Kate Bosworth and Emma Roberts have both already experimented with them. Kate wore hers in October in a nude color, paired with a white tank and matching blazer. Emma, on the other hand, kept her look monochrome ivory, with the exception of her navy pumps. She added a tuxedo flair via an ivory Helmut Lang blazer piped with satin. Both ladies opted to pull in menswear qualities, but who wore their Chloé scallop shorts better?
