Katie Holmes and her design partner Jeanne Yang previewed their Fall 2011 Holmes & Yang collection at Barneys in Beverly Hills on Saturday. The twosome are on a tour of the department store chain to show off their line, which also includes their first foray into bag making. Katie and Jeanne teamed up with Valextra, which is a favorite bag brand of the actress. Katie's time home in LA will be brief, since she's expected back in NYC by Tuesday to premiere The Decision, her mysterious new short film for John Frieda. Katie and Suri spent last week in the Big Apple taking in shows and enjoying girls' nights out on the town while Tom Cruise keeps working on Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol in Vancouver.

Katie Holmes was out in NYC with her Holmes & Yang collaborator, Jeanne Yang, this morning. The duo was back out in the city following a busy afternoon yesterday, which they kicked off by showing their latest clothing creations at Barneys and expressing their interest in creating fragrances and mood lipstick. Jeanne and Katie ended things with an evening on the town that wrapped up with Suri Cruise at Serendipity, where Suri was spotted checking out some decidedly adult candies. Katie's focusing on her fashion endeavors right now, but her acting will take center stage next month when The Kennedys airs on the Reelz Channel.

Katie Holmes had bright sneakers on her feet and a smile on her face in LA yesterday. She was joined by her design partner Jeanne Yang for the coffee run, which also included a stop into Swiss chocolate store Teuscher. Katie's been spending the last few days with her daughter Suri and the two were spotted out running errands and grabbing lunch with family earlier this week. Tom Cruise joined his girls last weekend during a break from his many work projects that include Rock of Ages and, as of this week, the big-screen adaption of the best-selling book One Shot. He's adding the film to his already impressive resumé of action movies and while we'll have to wait to see him take on the character of Jack Reacher, Tom will show off his stunt work on the big screen later this year in Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol. His many years in the industry helped land him at 69 on the 2011 PopSugar 100 list, and his talented wife, Katie, also made an appearance at number 78.

Katie was joined by her design partner, Jeanne Yang, as well as Heather McQuarrie to pose for pictures amid the racks. Katie first popped up overseas yesterday, when she attended the Giorgio Armani Privé Haute Couture show. She was coming off celebrating husband Tom Cruise's birthday with a family-filled weekend in Miami, where she and the kids threw him a surprise party. Katie Holmes sported a bikini while Tom and their daughter Suri were decked out in festive face paint for a Sunday by the pool before the actress jetted off for her solo trip abroad.

Katie was decked out in a two-toned dress from her Holmes & Yang line, pairing the frock with shoes from Lanvin. The screening was the final event in a weekend of togetherness for Katie and Adam.
