Tord Boontje is known as one of the most innovative product and furniture designers working today. He's an artist, a craftsman, and has designed for Swarovski, Artecnica and Moroso. His selection includes everything from lamps to chairs, fabric designs to paper products, and more.

In Tord Boontje by Martina Margetts, $48, the author showcases over 300 sketches, concept renderings and photographs of Boontje's work. The book also features custom print effects stencils, perforated and die-cut pages, and textured and woven details that convey the artist's intricate approach to pattern-making.

Design fanatics; this book has your name written all over it! Actually, it has Tord Boontje's, but you catch my driff.

And so, the wedding mist has cleared. Months and months of planning and then the big day - how you wish it would never end - but then it does and you're off to a romantic rendezvous and then...back to reality. I hope you took some pictures along the way! Whether it's pics of the young lovers throughout their love affair, from the actual wedding day, or from the honeymoon, call me old fashioned, but I love a Fab photo album to preserve the good times. I know it takes a bit of money and effort but isn't your love worth it? If you're more techie than I, do check out some other photo preserving options.

Once all is said and done, you two can always pop a bottle of bubbly, fire up a few candles and take a trip down memory lane. Ahhhh.

Simply Fab: Who's The Fairest Mirror

I love this mirror because it's so absolutely whimsical. I feel like if I had it on my dressing table, I could be a modern-day Snow White. It seems like this mirror would talk back. Either that, or I would look like a total goofball asking my mirror questions!

In any case, this Who's The Fairest Mirror, $148, has really caught my eye. The brass twig frame gives it a very vintage feel, like you might have pulled it out of your grandmother's attic. Also, do I see a possible necklace hanger as well? What a great vanity piece!

When I'm trying to think of new ways to spruce up my living space, West Elm never fails me. They have great contemporary furniture, bedding, lighting, and more - and lucky for us, a lot of it's on sale right now! Some of the sale items are even being shipped for free!

My pick would have to be these S-shaped wall shelves, $39.99 (originally $119!). They have a unique shape, and I like how there's a little nook for some of my Fab reads!

Bright and Bold is the perfect name for this site because all the furniture, accessories, lighting, and entertaining items really are colorful and full of life. Take this Polka Dot Throw Pillow, on sale for $38 (originally $50), for example. It would instantly add a pop of color to a dull couch. Or this Tavillo Lighted Table, on sale for $98 (originally $130), which combines a table and a lamp!

Sprout Home has homes in Brooklyn and Chicago, but now it also has a home online. All three stores combine Home, which offers lots of quirky home accessories, with Sprout, which offers garden tools and accessories. If you're lucky enough to make it to a brick and mortar Sprout Home, they have a Fab array of plants as well.

I love this store, but a couple of things that caught my eye were a beautiful porcelain driftwood votive and a cool set of four diner plates.

There are very few things you can do to prepare for unexpected guests - just hope you have enough drinks and seats to go around! Straight from Germany is a great new idea - the Gorgeous Helen, $20, which allows your table decoration and ambiance factor to go from zero to 60 in no time flat.

Helen is not a lady, but a set of 3 parchment shades, each one printed with a different white pattern. To prepare, all you do is roll the shades up, tuck the tabs into place, drop a votive candle into a wine glass, and place the lampshade over the top of the glass. Voila! Three gorgeous mini lamps ready to impress!

When I think of quirky British design, one of the first names that pops into mind is Paul Smith. He embodies a mash-up of classic English tailoring with a rainbow palette, and his online store has everything from all his different clothing collections to jewelry, shoes, books, art, and housewares - it's a veritable grab bag! Think funky pewter bowls, a keyboard-printed clutch, and swirl-printed dresses, all in one place. Brilliant!

The new Denver-based online shopping site, Delight.com, is well, delightful! I came across it a month or so ago and have been checking back since. Log on at noon each day and you'll be greeted by one item that's either of great value, is wildly innovative or is a must-have.

They sells everything from reusable grocery bags to handy glass holders for the grass or sand and more. Miss out and your life will be less delightful!

I am all about mood lighting. Even when it's just a cozy movie night, I set the mood with candles and dim lighting. So, I am always looking out for new lighting tricks and this SunJar, $55, is the coolest.
