Beyonce and her mom Tina are busy ladies. Besides launching the Sasha Fierce collection, House of Deréon is designing a collection of day dresses for Spring. There will be a few dress and jacket ensembles, as well as jumpsuits in materials like washed rayon, silk, sateen, and spandex knit.

Beyonce's alter ego, Sasha Fierce, is making her way into the fashion industry with a new juniors clothing line called Sasha Fierce for Deréon. "The line really exudes a different side of my personality, which I am grateful that I can express," said Beyonce. The collection, codesigned with her mother, Tina Knowles, includes clothing, handbags, footwear, eyewear, lingerie, and jewelry — all described as over the top and inspired by Beyonce's Thierry Mugler concert costumes.

Instead of donning the per usual necklace this Summer, I suggest you take B's cue and shine in statement earrings. These in-your-face adornments look best alone and without distraction. Beyonce's resin and coral hoops from Alexis Bittar are amazing, but if they're too bling for your taste, check out my favorite style: chandelier earrings.

For Breast Cancer Awareness month, the charitable Design A Cure event paired celebrity designers with prominent clothing labels—or, in the case of stars like Beyonce, with their own labels—to create a line of t-shirts. The tees, each of which is signed by its star creator, are now being auctioned off on eBay, and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Cedars-Sinai Women's Cancer Research Institute. The auctions end Oct.
