Circa '99, green was my favorite color, so I was elated to see the earthy tone back in action on the Fall '10 runways. During New York Fashion Week, a mass resurrection of green in every color variation - forest, olive, chartreuse, apple, and hunter green - spawned decadent beaded gowns, tailored blazers, and my fave, anoraks. A classic color reinvented? We seem to think so.

Sneak Peek! Isaac Mizrahi Live at QVC

Isaac Mizrahi is Mr. QVC these days. Isaac Mizrahi Live, which debuts Dec. 4, just released some of its multicategory goodies. Studded berets, sequin tees, toggle coats, and bright handbags, all retailing from $32 to $300, are some of the offerings. Also on the menu is tartan-printed cheesecake. You hear that, Yum?

“I love my product. I believe in my product. If I do plates, if I do bedding, which I did, if I render cookies, I do it in the same way that I think about a couture dress," Isaac said. The designer is quickly becoming the jack of all trades. "As I build my brand, I think about Martha Stewart and her very upward trajectory. She has always been a great inspiration to me." Fabulous.

Fab Ad: Liz Claiborne, Fall '09

Liz Claiborne creative director Isaac Mizrahi has taken his girls back to the streets. For Spring it was Georgina Stojiljković in the city; for Fall it's Coco Rocha in the country. The Canadian model looks so royal, so mature in her long pleated plaid skirt and plaid shirt. I'm especially taken by the vibrant autumnal hues. And look: Coco's super-red hair sort of matches the roofs of the houses. Equally dazzling in color is the shot of Coco in a grocery store (below). What do you make of Liz Claiborne's Fall ads? 2009 Primetime Emmy Awards: Chloe Sevigny

Chloe is a favorite off the red carpet, but she's also a winner on. Her white with baby black polka-dots, one-shouldered sheer Isaac Mizrahi gown stands out as being unique. A strategically placed gold broach adds personality, while more gold touches give her a '70s feel. What do you think?

Isaac Mizrahi, Live on QVC!

Isaac Mizrahi is a busy man. In addition to designing for Liz Claiborne, his own namesake line, and hosting The Fashion Show, he found time to create a collection for QVC. The line, named Isaac Mizrahi Live, will include a bevy of clothing, accessories, footwear, and even housewares. “It will encapsulate Isaac’s design aesthetic, and it’s not going to be too far from what he loves, what he has done in the past, and what he intends to do,” said Marisa Gardini, CEO of Isaac Mizrahi. Price points are still to be determined but we do know that Isaac and his QVC clothes will be coming to a television screen near you in December. You interested?

We're two episodes into Bravo's new reality show, The Fashion Show, and I'm curious - are you watching? I said it before and I still think: though the designers aren't as talented as the ones on Project Runway, the show is entertaining and I like the live audience aspect. I'm also into the Harper's Bazaar mini challenges. Are you into it?

Did you give Bravo's new show The Fashion Show a chance? I did and overall I thought it was amusing. The caliber of designers isn't the most impressive, but I loved the live audience aspect. I'll definitely continue to watch.

Look Book Love: Liz Claiborne, Spring '09

To say that Isaac Mizrahi has revitalized Liz Claiborne would be an understatement. The majority of you loved his Spring ad, so you'll fall head over heels for his Spring Look Book, too. The first thing it did for me was make me want to play around with color in an urgent way. Also, it made me realize the designer has the unique ability to make preppy and prissy look youthful and cool. Spring is a more lively season thanks to Isaac!
