Life just gets more sizzling for The City heroine Whitney Port. She took the quick three-hour flight from NYC to Miami to soak up the sun with her posse and beau, Jay. And she did so in Missoni. Her bikini - also worn by Erin - is reversible. Does that justify the $535 price tag? For a beach stroll, she exhibited low-key island flavor with cuffed jean shorts and a fruit punch-colored tank. Jealous much?

Fab Finding Follow-Up: Cruisin' on the Boulevard

Me and my banana seat cruiser had a nice long ride on the Boulevard last weekend. Wardrobe malfunctions are one of the imminent dangers of bike riding so I needed your help in finding an equally fashionable and functional outfit.

I started you off with this sporty Versace Small Darling Convertible Tote ($3,330) because the shoulder straps can be buckled at the base for backpack wear. That will definitely keep my hands where they're supposed to be - on the handles!

As the weather gets warmer, look to denim short shorts to cool off - and show off - those marvelous gams. Denim shorts have made yet another comeback this Spring with a variety of styles - not all reminiscent of Suzanne Somer's days in Three's Company. Dress them up with some fierce heels or downplay those sexy stems with a pair of flat sandals. Oh, and don't forget to strut like the D&G diva to my left.

We have been trying to convince you that shorts are an of-the-now option to expose your stems this season. The itty-bitty jean short is actually quite a classic - if you consider the siren who brought the item to fame: Daisy Duke. Now, I would call these Daisy Dukes but these itty-bitties are not necessarily butt cheek flaunters. Young Hollywood has chosen to wear these with tunics or long tees that just graze the hem of the short creating the illusion of wearing a very short dress - but then you have the safety of coverage underneath, albeit itty bitty. Lindsay, Nicole, Mischa, and myself are all fans - are you?

When we first heard that crop tops (and more specifically, bralets) were going to be big for 2012, we had our reservations - it seemed like a look best suited for outdoor music festivals and costume parties - but after seeing the midriff-baring look on the runways at Dolce & Gabbana, Nina Ricci, Prada, and others, we inevitably changed our tune, and are officially smitten with the idea of unleashing our inner Kelly Kapowski. The trend is rooted in '50s-era screen sirens like Sophia Loren, Brigitte Bardot, and Marilyn Monroe, but is also dripping with '90s nostalgia - calling to mind fashion-forward TV characters like Kelly Bundy, Donna Martin, and yes, Ms. Kapowski herself. If you're planning to try the trend this season, here are a few things to consider:

Find the right length for your body (and your confidence level). If you're proud of your tummy, don't be afraid to pick a piece that hits above the belly button. If you're less comfortable showing that much skin, you can still get in on the trend by opting for a top that bares just a sliver of your belly and comes in below your midriff.
Keep it sophisticated. Yes, this trend is inherently sexy and will veer on the side of flirtatious no matter what, but there are ways to go about it that will help you look more retro pinup than '80s video vixen.
