Jenna Fischer may be a funny girl, but she takes her red carpet appearances very seriously. The plunging neckline and long train on her gray Pamella Roland gown, plus her glittering Neil Lane jewels make a quiet statement. What do you think?

This season, the ladies of the Golden Globes were all about wicked waist details. This special detailing lends instant interest to the midsection and can also break up a busy print. Waist details take the form of belts, large embellishments, or can even come preset like Olivia Wilde's dreamy Reem Acra gown, seen left.

The Office's Jenna Fischer chose a cool blue studded Collette Dinnigan gown that is pretty but doesn't necessarily stand out. I'll give it to her that the hue matches perfectly with her warm brown updo. Do you love it or hate it?

Jeweler to the stars, Lorraine Schwartz has been decking out celebs for the past decade, but really began to make her mark over the past two years.

I always pay attention to the details on the red carpet. While you initially see a fantastic dress, when you zoom in on the detailing and the jewels that go along with it, the entire look comes together. Unfortunately we have to view the gowns and baubles from a distance, but we have our trusty photogs to provide a closer look.
