This week, we featured some of Hollywood's hottest leading ladies. It was exciting to see both Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Garner step out of the LBD box and into snazzy, flirty frocks. Demi Moore and Leighton Meester looked amazing, per usual, but the gold star of the week goes to Jordana Brewster, who dazzled in a bright citron maxi dress.

Jennifer Garner attended The Invention of Lying premiere at the TIFF looking quite spectacular in a green tiered dress by Oscar de la Renta dress and Casadei sky-high taupe platform pumps — sizzle. The hue goes great against her brunette locks and I like how metallic silver accessories increase her sparkle. Indeed, this look is quite different from her usual playtime ensembles and I like it!

Many people neglect their arms on the red carpet, but not Amy Ryan (left), Jessica Alba (center), and Jennifer Garner in Van Cleef & Arpels (right). They all put their best arm forward, but whose Oscars bracelet wowed you the most?

Wasn't I just praising jet hued gowns of Oscars past? Call it red carpet ESP, or a mere coincidence, but many ladies dared to go bold in noir colored gowns at this year's Oscars. Some of them I love — Penelope's feathery Chanel and Swank's embellished Versace — and some fell flat for me, mainly, Garner's ruffled Oscar de la Renta.

While many chose to let the gowns speak for themselves and go with bare necks on the red carpet, these ladies were rocking knockout necklaces. From Nicole Kidman's dramatic icicle-like layered necklace to Jennifer Gardner's choker, all of these ladies had a little, or a lot, of frosting on their necks.

Though there's been countless strapless dresses on the red carpet tonight, Jennifer Garner's Oscar de la Renta stands out. It's black but certainly not blah. What do you think?
