Paris Fashion Week is the creme de la creme of all fashion events. New York had its highlights; London wowed me with its revived schedule; and Milan is always beautiful, but Paris? Undeniably thrilling. Here's a roundup of my favorite looks, ranging from the spooky, kooky looks of Gareth Pugh to breathtaking frocks from Yves Saint Laurent. Michelle Obama's Euro Style

This week the Obamas began their European tour. All eyes were on Michelle to see what she packed and loaded onto Air Force One. First stop: London, where the presidential couple met with Britain's Prime Minister Gordon Brown and his wife Sarah, as well as the Queen. Favorites like Jason Wu and Isabel Toledo made appearances, while a couple surprises ensued. Let's see Michelle's Euro style! P.S. France is next on the agenda. Can you imagine the fabulousness of Michelle and Carla Bruni chatting over croissants?

Modeling Takes Beauty . . . and Mad Skills

Who says models are all beauty and no brains? Okay, I can't vouch for their brains, but I can prove that they have some mad skills. Wearing what looks like a suffocating bag around your face and having to walk down a long runway takes precision. Many models trip, even without such an obstacle, so I give the models who walked the Junya Watanabe Fall '08 show in Paris some respect. It looks like Paris and London, namely the shows of Watanabe, Maison Martin Margiela, Rick Owens, and Gareth Pugh, proved to be the most taxing for the models. Then again, signing on to work with such avant-garde designers, they probably expected a bit (okay, a lot) of craziness. Could you do it?
