Oscars Trend: Lite Brite

At the SAG Awards, there were plenty of ice queens, and the trend continued on to the Oscars red carpet last night. Icy blue, pink, silver, and white blanketed some of the lite bright dresses last night. Keri Russell kick-started the trend with a stunning strapless Nina Ricci gown - are you ready to feel the ice?
