It's been a while since we've seen a gorgeous boho look and leave it to Kate to deliver. This outfit is all about the accessories; Kate is a master at piling it on, from the turquoise earrings to the layered necklaces (Kathy Rose Arrowhead Necklace) to the stacked rings. Check it: studded boots aren't just for the rough and tough biker babes. Today, any girl with a little bit of funk in her can sport these badass, embellished boots. Notice how Sienna Miller, English model Sarah Harding, and Megan Fox wore studded boots in very different ways. Sienna looked like a bohemian girl in a slouchy, suede pair by Vivienne Westwood; Sarah took the rocker route - with her utterly adorable Frenchie - in a hard-hitting strappy pair; while Megan stayed California cool and paired her slick, knee-high boots with jeans and a bright cardi.

I've noticed celebrities love them some Toast Cafe in LA. I can't blame them, it's yummy! Jamie-Lynn Sigler lunched at the trendy eatery dressed in a black and cream Lauren Moffatt dress and Repetto ballet flats. For a touch of bright, Jamie threw on red, two-tone Ray Ban Wayfarers, which match her red wallet. The actress kept the look refined with diamond earrings, thin gold bangles, and a simple gold necklace.

Lucky for us Gossip Girl fans, Georgina Sparks' wardrobe is as badass as her manipulative ways. Last night, things got seriously scandalous - I'll let BuzzSugar explain. Here, Michelle is laughing on set in NYC, but her character sure wasn't cracking a smile last night when she worked her devious acts. Along with her Lauren Moffatt-striped top and cropped leather jacket, Georgina sported a rosary. Something tells me it's not going to help her get to heaven.

The red piping and tiny studs keep it from crossing over into dull territory, and I'm still loving her Chloe sunnies. Now for the warm Spring weather to make an appearance!

The key to standing out in navy is to play with textures. In a flat silk, navy can look very, well, flat. Navy is regal and stunning in satin, fluid jersey, or flirty pleats. The best part? Trend Alert: Black & Blue

Wasn't there a point in time when people didn't think black and blue went together? Seeing as how the most common colors associated with a bruise are "black and blue" I don't really understand how people thought these colors didn't complement each other. Together, they create a dark mystique that oozes cool and collected. I have spotted this color combo on several starlets as of late and I'm totally into it. These three looks in particular are all very different, but all work, proving that black and blue is pretty versatile. Blast those naysayers who said it couldn't work!

The common denominator in two of these looks is layers. All three decided to go with noir shoes - probably the best way to work it. As well, the blue is more navy and moody; although bright blue works and sequins do too! This trend will take you into the Fall and beyond - but kbella already knows this!
