While she explores her crush on her contractor, I'm crushing on the adorable Victory Ford of Lipstick Jungle. Admittedly, my interview with her during Fashion Week, in the Saks shoe department, has something to do with it, but her character on the show is flirty and fashionable. Last night she flew around town in a sassy Zac Posen knit dress, an ethnic headband, and big gold hoops — I love this look.

Drama is already heavy on the second season of Lipstick Jungle — as is the fashion. Nico isn't letting some major betrayal mess with her style sense. Quite the contrary; she is looking damn fine in colorful frocks and sensual separates.

Though I wasn't that into it last season, I think I'm going to give Lipstick Jungle another whirl this Fall. I adore each of the three women — especially after meeting Lindsay Price — and their clothes are subtly fabulous. While plots already developed on the season opener, I was transfixed by Victory's (Lindsay's character) quirky wardrobe and Nico (love that name) was adorned by some fabulous costume jewelry.

Found! Victory Ford's Colorful Bangle on Lipstick Jungle
I don't really look to Lipstick Jungle for outfit inspirations, but I was mesmerized by Lindsay Price's character Victory Ford's exotic, gold plated bangle she wore on the pilot episode. The Dholak Bangle by Rosena Sammi ($500), is inspired by the shape of the dholak, a North Indian hand drum. This, for me, is as gorgeous as jewelry gets.
