Jackie O. first put Finnish textile brand Marimekko on the map when she wore their brightly-patterned dresses during JFK's 1960 presidential campaign. H&M decided to honor that tradition by digging into the vibrant Marimekko archives and bringing back the bold retro prints for their Tribute to Marimekko collection, in stores April 10.

Marimekko, a Finnish textile and clothing design company, is lending its signature vivid prints and colors to H&M's Spring '08 collection. Starting in April, the retailer's racks will be filled with popular patterns from the '50s through the '70s. Of the 50-something-piece collection, you can anticipate '70s dresses, tunics, skirts, and shorts.
