Vanessa Paradis and Kate Bosworth Gush About Their Men

Vanessa Paradis played host at last night's special dinner celebrating Chanel's new Rouge Coco de Chanel lipsticks. Kate Bosworth also put on one of Karl Lagerfeld's designs for the event, which brought out a crowd including Rachel Zoe, Nina Garcia, and more. The attendees are gearing up for Fashion Week, which starts tomorrow, but Vanessa and Kate had love on the mind before Valentine's Day. Vanessa made a rare comment on her longtime love, Johnny Depp, saying, "I like him very much in all terms and every sense of the way . . . He makes me happy. We are many things - we are together and, in a way, one person."

Kate, meanwhile, was all about her own guy, Alexander Skarsgard, despite arriving at the bash with socialite and Born Rich director Jamie Johnson. "We are very good friends," she said of Alex. "He's a wonderful, wonderful man. I adore him." The stylish crowd moved on after their meal to the club Good Units for Interview magazine's 40th anniversary party, where Kate was spotted letting loose with Vogue writer Derek Blasberg as Chloe Sevigny, Mary-Kate Olsen, and her boyfriend Nate Lowman danced nearby.

For its February issue, W magazine and photog Mario Sorrenti took us to sunny Marfa, TX, for an editorial dubbed "Field of Dreams." The badass blonde in focus is none other than Raquel Zimmermann. Here she is wearing desert-hued knits, toffee-tinted leather shorts, fringe skirts, hot shorts, and a ton of modern white from the likes of Yves Saint Laurent, MaxMara, and Fendi. These elements, mixed in with the startling blue skies and honey-coated grass make for the ultimate urban setting. Modern makeup, bold jewels, and an amazing pair of woven peep-toe boots temper the serene surrounding. Mix that in with Raquel's stealth stature and electric blue eyes, and you have a white-hot paradise.

Scarlett is back, and she brought Sophie Auster, a singer-actress-model and daughter of American writer Paul Auster, and rising model Dree Hemingway with her. A blonde, a brunette, and a redhead - Mango covered all the bases for its Spring ad campaign and catalog. Scarlett oozes womanliness and sensuality in a feminine floral dress and slick trench dress. Sophie plays it cool in a black lace insert bustier, edgy accessories, and tailored pants. Dree rocks the all-American vibe in mismatched denim and chunky rock 'n' roll jewelry. Mario Sorrenti served as photog and Mango creative director Damián Sánchez as stylist.

I don't know about you, but I spy at least three items required for my Spring wardrobe . . .

Kate Makes Time For an Ex Amid All Her Modeling

Kate Moss looked a little unsteady on her feet as she left London's J Sheeky restaurant with an ex-boyfriend, photographer Mario Sorrenti, on Thursday night. The pair dated back in the '90s and still work together once in a while, including his nude appearance next to her on the cover of last Fall's Purple magazine. Kate was taking a load off after a day of working at the Topshop offices, hitting the town for the second time this week. She was also recently off apparently shooting for an upcoming issue of W, so Kate was overdue for some catching up with friends.

Fab Ad: Longchamp Fall/Winter 2007 Featuring Kate Moss

Kate is the face of Longchamp once again. The campaign pictures were shot in April by Mario Sorrenti at Pier 59 Studios in New York. I have to say, I think this is the best set of ads she's done for Longchamp yet. I like the colors - very fall, and I find it interesting that they have her with a dark veil over her head - in some of the pictures, she is even posing in a very innocent bride kind of way.

Fab Ad: Aquascutum Fall/Winter 2007 Featuring Gisele

Gisele may have recently parted ways with Victoria's Secret, but that doesn't mean she has said goodbye to modeling once and for all! The Brazilian babe is back in front of the high fashion lenses for Aquascutum's Fall/Winter '07 ad campaign. And don't forget she will be the upcoming face of YSl's Fall ads too. This is good news to all you Gisele fans!

Shot in Cliveden - a British mansion infamous for housing a political and sex scandal in the sixties - Gisele is cast by photographer Mario Sorrenti as a bombshell involved in trysts and intrigue. The ads will run in magazines starting in August and September.

I love the idea behind the photographs, but I'm not so sure about the clothes and the finished product. What do you all think?

Fab Ad: Lindsay Lohan for Jill Stuart

We can all look forward to a larger presence from girly designer Jill Stuart, especially since Lindsay Lohan is the new JS girl. I would always pop into the JS store in Soho in NYC and oogle over her lacy dresses and super fab shoes. I am excited for the clothing line and accessories overhaul. And here is one of the first images to go along with the it.

The attempt, shot by Mario Sorrenti, is no doubt Brigitte Bardot sex kitten. While you all know I'm not digging Lindsay as a blonde, she does have that come hither look. The wrinkled sheets are an artsy touch and the black sequined mini skirt definitely suits Lindsay. But, haven't we seen the laying-in-bed-almost-in-the-buff attempt before? The photo may be pretty but it's a bit ho-hum. Oh, and then there's the oversized black patent handbag she is cozying up with; it has It bag potential.

Evidently the ad will run from August through November. Stuart proclaims:

"I can't say enough fantastic things about Lindsay...she is sexy and smart, exactly what the Jill Stuart woman embodies."

Well, we'll see about that. What do you all think?

Dakota and Elle Fanning Strike Stylish, Sisterly Poses For W Magazine

Dakota and Elle Fanning cozied up for the December cover of W Magazine. The sisters donned stylish looks and posed for photographer Mario Sorrenti in a glamorous spread that showcases their close connection. It's been a big year for the duo, who are both juggling school and their busy careers. Dakota recently moved on her own to NYC for college and Elle is gearing up for the holiday release of We Bought a Zoo while also attending high school. They opened up about becoming celebrities at such young ages and also touched on the perks of fame. Here's more from Dakota and Elle Fanning in W:

Dakota on being a celebrity at a young age: “It’s all I’ve ever experienced, and it’s what I’m used to. When you’re 6 years old, which is when I started, I think you start forming how you think about things. I’ve dealt with being known for so long that it’s just kind of normal to me. And that attention comes with what I love to do, which is act.”
Elle on being invited to the Chanel show in Paris: “Oh, yes! When I found out that I was invited to the Chanel show - that was the loudest I’ve ever screamed in my life. That was the best day of my life.”
Dakota on living on her own in college: “[I have] no roommates. Because I’m only 17, my mom is staying with me in my apartment for a little bit. She’s teaching me how to wash clothes and such. But I’m so excited to be on my own. In my house in L.A., we all feel that everything is everybody’s, and so doors are never really closed. My sister and I share a bathroom, and when you have a sibling, nothing is actually your own. I’ve never really had anything or any place that was just mine.”
