Nicole was out and about this weekend in a laid-back but, of course, stylish outfit. It's always all about the accessories with this girl, and this is no exception. She added a harder edge to her taupe Mason ruched tank and favorite skinny jeans with some rather fierce Givenchy peep toe heels and her trusty Balenciaga bag. This is a look the average Betty can easily put together herself, minus the big designer names - you know what I mean. We all have a pair of fierce heels in our closets and with Nicole as inspiration for how to wear them during the day, I just might break mine out.

There are Tuesdays and there are Tuxedo Days. What the hell am I talking about you wonder? As the boys' closets continue to inspire the girls' closets, the ladies are happy to take the creme de la creme of the penguin attire. Button up a vest, consume yourself in a crisp white shirt, slide on a pair of expertly tailored trousers and hello Marlene Dietrich - who set the standard for tuxedo chic. Dribble some satin and rhinestones on, for some femme effect, and get ready to razzle dazzle 'em.

I'm not used to seeing Serena so conservative on Gossip Girl, but I think I like it. In this scene, the hottie donned a Mason by Michelle Mason Mocha Shirtdress ($425). The warm hue looks amazing against her blond locks, and I love the unique zipper detail. A cool twist on a timeless shape.

I Want This Wardrobe: Cashmere Mafia, Mia Mason

We're four episodes into Cashmere Mafia and I still haven't made up my mind about the show and the wardrobe. Yes, I respect costume designer Patricia Field for her work on Sex and the City, but overall, the outfits are a bit unrealistic. I mean, do these women ever take off those trendy belts?

One look I did admire from this week's episode, "The Deciders," was that of Lucy Liu's character, Mia Mason. She made making her ex-fiance jealous look good in her metallic striped dress, cropped trench, suede ankle boots, and quilted bag. We may never end up dating a hot brain surgeon like Mia, but we can steal her wardrobe!

The lace slices show just enough skin, and notice how she continued the cutout theme with sexy sandals. A black leather jacket, patent Chanel clutch, silver bangles, and statement ring complete her sexy cool ensemble.

Cashmere Mafia got a little more sensitive last night. The usually career-crazy Mia Mason stopped worrying about work (and love) for once and thought about adopting a dog. Aw! On the flip side, Caitlin Dowd's love life went on a hiatus for her career. I was quite happy about that - her personal life is a bit too dramatic for my taste. Speaking of drama, now that Zoe is no longer a working woman, she moved on to controlling her family - she'll be back to work in no time. The red-haired Juliet decided to mix business with pleasure by dating a billionaire affiliated with her company. Must be nice. Take my quiz to see how well you were paying attention last night.
