If you're in a pinch for a Halloween costume, both for time and for money, and want to be able to recite a really great line throughout your spooky evening, consider being a Working Girl.

Now is prime time for an ode to this '80s power chick flick: shoulder pads are in. We all have the office basics for this, but insert the largest shoulder pads you can find into your blazer. Tease your curls, wear your pearls, and slather on the red lipstick. Bonus funny points for wearing white sneakers instead of sexy black pumps. "I have a head for business and a body for sin."

When you have a mom like Melanie Griffith and a dad like Don Johnson, chances are your genes are going to be pretty good and your connections are going to run wide. PYT Dakota Johnson has signed with IMG models worldwide despite not having finished high school yet (she graduates in April). Though she's a newcomer, the 18-year-old has wasted no time getting cozy with Vogue; André Leon Talley recently shot Dakota for an upcoming story while he was on the West Coast. Not bad, not bad at all.

C-ute. Check out Dakota Johnson (Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson's daughter) modeling alongside Elettra Rossellini Wiedemann for Thakoon Panichgul’s ready-to-wear debut for Hogan. Not bad for a newbie in the celeb modeling biz.Shot by Jessica Craig-Martin, the famous offspring laugh and play on the concrete steps at NYC's Morimoto restaurant while looking beautifully rough and tough. I quite fancy the abundance of leather jackets and have-to-have bags, but not so much the futuristic tennis shoes. What do you think - want to join in this fun?
