Fab Ad: Isabel Marant, Fall '09
I admit, I'm a bit disappointed with Isabel Marant's Fall campaign. For some reason, the designer swapped out the awesome Daria Werbowy for the newly married Milla Jovovich. The ad, shot by Inez and Vinoodh, pictures Milla — in the same exact pose — wearing Marant's delectable fur chubbies, velvet shorts, soft tees, tiered skirts, and luscious studded booties.

Roberto Cavalli has moved to Paris. His business has, that is. It's no secret the designer is all about the lavish life ("I’m a firm believer that there’s no success without excess," Cavalli said), but his 8,640-square-foot flagship is less over-the-top than originally planned.

It's a known fact that many models have style. These are, after all, the gals who get to wear the collections first, have the bodies to wear even the slimmest cut, travel the world for inspiration and make very good money for smiling and walking - why do we not hate these girls again? Milla Jovovich has been on the scene a while now and has proven she can do more than just walk and smile; she can sing, act and design, and yet, I can't hate her.
