Let's wisk away to another mystic land that starts with an M and ends with an O. I have yet to experience a rockin' Moroccan adventure but it is definitely on my list. When I see images of those colorful graphic tiles that grace many a hallway I yearn for a bazaar voyage.

Put together sensual Sasha Pivovarova and Morocco and you have pure ecstasy. For Vogue Italia's May issue, Steven Meisel snapped Sasha looking like a Moroccan marvel in traditional yet stylish garb from the North African country — all, of course, with a fashion flair. Baggy harem pants ruled, as did vibrant pops of orange, raspberry, and red.

Unfortunately, we all can't be at the Fondation Pierre Bergé in Paris to view Yves Saint Laurent's amazing exhibition on the Moroccan dress. Bummer. Sonoma County-based jewelry designer Robindira Unsworth practically grew up in the atelier of her clothing designer mom. She would sort buttons, play with fabrics, flip through fashion magazines, and dream of one day wearing runway fashions. I do believe Little Ms. Rock n' Roll would enjoy this ultra feminine floral musk fragrance Glow After Dark by JLO. It has been five years since Jennifer Lopez launched Glow, which was a huge hit, and this scent has a similar fragrance base.

Lately I've been crazy for the Fall 2006 fashions from BCBG Max Azria—so much so that I'm afraid my obsession could have a deleterious effect on my budget. But I'm not sure how I feel about the label's Spring 2007 collection, unveiled Friday at New York Fashion Week, which eschews the label's usual sleek city look in favor of girly dresses in boxy shapes.
The show, attended by Kristin Cavallari, Kelly Rowland, and Carmen Electra, featured lots of Moroccan-inspired cutout lace, babydoll dresses, slouchy shoulders, and neutral tones paraded alongside bright spring green, celadon, and oceanic blues.
