I'm counting down the days 'til Nov. 1, the debut of MTV's new show, StyL'D (watch the trailer for the plot). In the meantime, here's another clip to get us pumped. Senior stylist Julie and junior stylist Janna meet to discuss an upcoming magazine shoot for hottie actor and former Paris Hilton flame Josh Henderson. Julie tells Janna she's trying her out, to see what she's got. But little did she know there would be a huge wrench, AKA Brett, to mess up her plans. Somebody's in trouble . . .

Fab Exclusive! MTV's StyL'D Trailer

We're pretty pumped about our exclusive trailer for MTV's new fashion show, StyL'D. It stars one of our favorite stylists, Jennifer Rade, along with wannabes competing for a position at the illustrious Margaret Maldonado styling agency in LA. The trailer features the young prodigies working hard at various fashion shoots with a smattering of Hollywood stars such as Nicole Richie, Ashley Tisdale, and Kim Kardashian. Of course, it wouldn't be an MTV show without a side serving of drama. The show doesn't debut until Nov.1, but for now, satiate your hunger with our exclusive trailer.

Can Alexa Chung Save MTV?

She's cute as a button, she's quirky, she's British, but can she re-interest you in MTV? I for one haven't watched the supposed channel about music in years - OK, except for the occasional The Hills or The City episode. Aside from those guilty pleasures, I can't remember the last time I actually saw a music video or non-cheesy exploitive show. MTV's reinvention of House of Style was like Teen Vogue in technicolor - not bad - but MTV has enlisted British export Alexa Chung to infuse cool back to the once pioneering station.

The 25-year-old worked her magic on her side of the pond via modeling and TV hosting, and come June 15th she'll be delivering an hour of celebrity interviews and music performances. Chung explains, “[The premise] is I’ve just moved here and I’m trying to meet people, so I’m inviting guests to the show. The pottymouth continues to declare, “It’s about time Americans hear this s--t." She's got my attention, does she have yours?

This Just In! Whitney Gets Her Own Reality Show

If you're experiencing The Hills withdrawal, here's some news to get you excited: MTV is creating a spin-off of the popular series with Whitney Port as the main character! The show is set to revolve around Whitney's jet-setting fashion life with fashion PR firm People’s Revolution. New territory comes with new friends right? The fashion fiend will be cliquing with a new set of NYC pals including socialite Olivia Palermo, though I'm sure we'll be seeing guest appearances from LC. Are you stoked?

They say all good things come to an end. On the season finale of The Hills, the cast gave us juicy stuff to have us anxiously waiting the arrival of season four. Let's quickly recap. Lauren finally had a talk with Audrina regarding their recent growing apart. Who would have thought Lauren would be the one to end up in tears? It showed her sensitive side, which I hope we see more of in the future. Whitney finally showed her tall self for a minute, and as always, gave her two cents. And last, but certainly not least, Heidi flew off to Vegas for business, and of course, Spencer followed like a stray puppy and ruined it. Drama for your mama, but it wouldn't be The Hills without it. Until next season . . .

The girls experienced all of the excitement of the Whitley Kros Fall '08 fashion show backstage, making sure everything went smoothly. But of course there was trouble elsewhere between Heider and Spenci, and Lauren is none too pleased with the opening gap between Audrina and Heidi.
