Froth is usually associated with bubbles or foam. So, if there were to be a frothy frock it would be a dress that is bubbling with fabulousness. Be it structured tiers (Anne in Gianfranco Ferre), organza silk melded with lace (Keira in Balenciaga), or couture detailing (Dita in Marchesa), these dresses provide some real drama.

Everyone's opinions are always welcome on Fab. I think we can all agree that last night's SAG awards brought out a bevy of beautiful dresses. Whether they were intended for the Golden Globes or not, I say it's always better to overdress than underdress — especially when a red carpet is involved.

What a lovely little lady Hayden Panettiere has become! While most other stars showed up to Z100's Annual Jingle Ball in casual gear, the petite actress stepped it up a notch in a dramatic white ruffle blouse and black pencil skirt. Some may say she's a tad overdressed for the occasion, but I say more power to her.
