Petro Zillia's Spring 2008 line sheet explaining all the runway looks also included a fun little bit about life in LA; the list was deemed "10 Ways you Know You're SO LA." It kept me entertained before the show began and made me realize that I'm so not LA (out of 30 possibilities, I only semi-identified with a few). We thought it would be fun to share so you can figure out if you're SO LA.

LA Fashion Week, Spring 2008: Petro Zillia

Paris Hilton is an avid Petro Zillia fan - in fact, upon her exit from jail, she wore the brand's olive blazer. Judging from this collection of flirty and fun dresses, it's clear the feeling is mutual for Petro Zillia designer Nony Tochterman; I can for sure see the star sporting these frocks.

Color and silky fabrics were omnipresent. As with any feminine collection, ruffles and tiers were abundant. Frocks were one-shouldered, v-neck, tube top and halter. High-waisted silk shorts were paired with sheer tie-neck blouses.

The key motif of this Spring collection was sheerness - it would take a confident woman, ie. Paris, to rock this with ease.

Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that Paris is officially a free woman. Leave it to the heiress to turn her exit from jail into a grand entrance into the real world. And, in Paris' world, a grand entrance calls for some grand clothes. Although her outfit isn't one of her best, it's still chic considering she was in a bright orange jumpsuit just moments before!

FashionableTanya is quite the stylist. I'm so impressed with how she dressed her modelesque friend in all things shiny. Only a true fashionphile can show harmony while mixing shimmering, bright sequins. I think I need those boots!
