Cleavage is sexy — no doubt. But then there's that other kind of cleavage, the not so obvious toe cleavage. If I do say so myself, I have a nice pair of feet, but I don't look to them to seduce...that is, unless I was wearing a pair of plunging shoes.

Funny woman Amy Poehler decided to go the angelic, ethereal route tonight. She showed up in a plunging white gown with a brooch detail at the bodice. Silver peep toe shoes and diamond jewels added more shine.

“When the economy changes, it’s not like you want to start eating bad-tasting chocolate,” said Nina Ricci, creative director at Olivier Theyskens. “You have to stay true to what you’re doing, and the house of Nina is about luxury.” That said, Theyskens continues to plunge forward with an expanded accessories collection, which includes a newly unveiled handbag collection and expanded footwear collection.
The handbag collection, ranging from $1,800 to $2,500, consists of hobos, shoulder bags, totes, and clutches made in luxurious leathers and textures, like the ones seen above.

Tired of ruffles? Never! From plunging tops and dresses to bags and shoes, ruffles are no longer (have never really been) trendy.

Seeing Anne Hathaway at Elle Magazine's 15th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute in her standout platforms makes me wonder why more woman don't take the plunge on the red carpet. Yes, the look is head-to-toe Spring '09 Marc Jacobs, but given his successful collection, I would wear the entire eclectic look, too. And, I would wear it ASAP, as Anne did.

Gals looking to give their Louboutins a rest should turn to shoe guru, Brian Atwood. Since 2001, he has developed a cult-like following — one look at his sexy footwear and it's easy to see why. Brian was inspired by his mother's impeccable closet as a little boy.
