Steven Alan's Flannel Ruffle Shirt ($163) exudes a comfy and quirky vibe, hence why Mary-Kate Olsen got her hands on it and wore it while chillin' on the streets of NYC. (Natalie Portman also wore the shirt recently.) Our friends over at Rarechic are nice enough to provide a 15 percent discount on any item for FabSugar readers. Just enter Happy2008 at checkout.

I think these Steven Alan Ruffle Panties, $32, are so absolutely adorable! They're perfect for wearing underneath short dresses on a windy day; even if the wind decides to lift your skirt, the world can see some pretty feminine undies and not your butt cheeks! Do you love it or hate it?

LBD's have really branched out lately; take for example, the Juicy Couture Ruffle Dress ($174, originally $348). The exuberant amount of ruffles are plenty fun and I love the flirty lace trim. The price tag is not so bad but you know how Fab loves a great deal.

Ruffles are nothing new, but Geren Ford introduced ruffles circling the neck with its Geren Ford Ruffle Neck Dress ($170, originally $365). It's the perfect way to dabble with the feminine style without being too trendy. Still, paying a high price for a style of dress that may be outdated sooner rather than later is not a smart way to shop.

I love seeing ruffles in unusual places, especially on leather. You have your affordable ruffle leather jacket, now consider a ruffle leather bag. This Prada Nappa Hobo ($2,120) is gorgeous beyond words, but my wallet doesn't agree.
