Just because a look is casual that doesn't mean it isn't party apropos. Sophia Bush graced the red carpet for the OP campaign launch party in a getup fit for an urban safari. And let's take a moment to admire her fit stems — nice.

I took notice of Rabbit88's outfit because the skirt reminds me so much of Prada's Spring collection. I love how she took the look into safari garden territory with the khaki blazer. Nice work!

You all embarked on an exciting tribal safari this week! From ethnic-print frocks to animal-inspired jewels, your Fab finds revealed (and combined) your love for two of Spring's hottest trends: tribal chic and urban safari.
The Fab Finder of the week is cashmere80, because she found this Wet Seal maxi halter dress, which perfectly suits the tribal safari theme.

tshellyedwards is all smiles in this photo taken during a recent vacation — lucky her! She's looking super cute for a casual dinner out with her hubby. The fun safari top and casual denim skirt keep her temperature cool and look lovely in the Alabama heat.

It's funny that I love the urban safari trend so much — not only am I terrified at the thought of being around wild animals, I'm the last person to rough it in the woods. Good news! In my smokin' safari world, you'll find no beasts or bugs (sorry Pet!); only the coolest khaki pieces, a pop of yellow, and funky jewels.

Just like I hinted, Old Navy is getting a fresh, youthful makeover this Spring. Already in stores are safari-themed shirt dresses, jackets, and jumpsuits in rich, earthy tones with animal print mixed in — all still at friendly Old Navy prices.
Then, in March, breezy Palm Beach-inspired dresses in bold green prints, lots of white, and even a little seersucker suiting.

Proenza Schouler's Spring '08 collection was inspirational to me because it took certain safari-esque pieces and glamorized them. I especially fell hard for the belted, long khaki vests (left). But being lovestruck doesn't usually equal cha-ching.

As New York Fashion Week drew to a close, Donna Karan positioned herself to end the schedule with a bang by presenting her collection yesterday, the last day!
And what a bang it was: beautiful off-the-shoulder jersey column dresses, slim-fit suits with portrait collars, and full high-waisted a-line skirts all showed. The color palette was very safari-chic, with lots of caramels, beiges, creams, nudes, and dark browns punctuated with a few red and indigo pieces.

Tibi jolted me awake in the AM with a sassy safari-inspired collection fit for both city and suburban girls.
The overall silhouette was slim, which is always figure flattering, and prints called "congo" and "kalahari" supplied the prefect amount of eye candy. A large grass green and min green gingham print, shown (hi Flavia!), was sweet and broke up the surefire safari fits.
