With an eye for trends that's made Asos a go-to shopping destination, the brand zeroed in on some of Fall's key pieces, albeit with a decidedly decadent slant. Rich and colorful textures were utilized on pieces ranging from outerwear to party skirts, and there were also the cooler fare via playful patents and slick leather skirts, dresses, pants, and shirts. Sequins and sparkle also had their moment as the collection veered toward a girlier, more playful side in floral-sequined trousers and a pair of gold hot pants. The details also reflected fun Baroque-era references in velvet heels and a glitzy pair of drop earrings, then in tougher pieces with lug-sole boots and a camouflaged knapsack. It's a film (and onscreen couple) we'll always have a soft spot for - Jack and Rose's (aka Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet's) romance was, well, epic to say the least. Breakfast may be the most important meal of the day, but many times, dinner is the most celebrated. If your excitement for dinner leads to overly decadent, big-portioned meals, here are a few tips for making a healthy dinner during the week.

Prep things for a quick meal: The time it takes to cook a healthy meal can be less than the time it takes to get takeout, but if you haven't prepped yet, it can be hard to summon the motivation when there is shopping (and chopping!) to do. Spend a few minutes at the beginning of the week pulling healthy recipes, planning your dinners, and prepping veggies, so that when it comes down to the wire, a quick healthy meal is only minutes away.

Eat a smaller meal: That overly stuffed feeling never feels good, but it's especially bad a few hours before bed! Instead of ravenously loading up your plate, tell yourself you can eat something small after dinner if you get hungry before bedtime, and then try one of these delicious, filling, low-calorie snacks.

Opt for veggies: Loading up on carbs is good if you need energy early on in your day, but if you're winding down for the evening, too many carbs can lead to a blood-sugar spike - and then crash. Instead of spooning up a mountain of mashed potatoes, make room for a fresh, nutritious salad. Any one of these rainbow-bright vegetarian salads, for example, will keep your taste buds happy and your stomach filled.

Put away leftovers: If the leftovers are calling you from the kitchen, make a habit to box up remaining food before you sit down for dinner. You'll be less encouraged to pick at food every time you pass by the stove - plus, you'll be able to use them for lunch the next day.

For 20 years Kate Moss has utterly fascinated the fashion industry-and we're no exception, of course. (When I did my stint as an intern here at Fashionista five years ago, more than a few of our office passwords revolved around Miss Moss.) Now, a new book out tomorrow aims to explain why we're still all totally obsessed with the supermodel.

According to its Amazon page, Christian Salmon's Kate Moss: The Making of an Icon explores Moss' proclivity for reinvention and her ability to stay relevant - cutting edge, even over the span of her two-decade career. It tells "the story of an icon, a muse, a legend, an enigma - and how our culture has created the collective Kate Moss myth."

There's one magazine in particular that's been particularly important in perpetuating the "Kate Moss myth": Vogue. According to Stylelist, Moss has appeared on the cover of international issues of Vogue a whopping 300 times.
