Wow, so many of you are smitten with Rachel Bilson's sidewalk style. The girl is consistently cute in boots and scarves, but that's just the problem for me - she's too consistent and not spontaneous enough sometimes. Petite fashion-maven Ashley Olsen, on the other hand, always spices things up with chunky heels and funky accessories. She has this unique ability to take a tired trend like leggings and make it look chic and new. So it should come as no surprise that Ashley gets my vote for Best Sidewalk Style for 2007!

There's a major difference between red carpet style and sidewalk style: Celebrities are pretty much on their own when it comes to the streets. These five ladies, Katherine Heigl, Kate Hudson, Ashley Olsen, Lindsay Lohan, and Rachel Bilson, all took their unique styles to the sidewalks, showing the world what they, not their stylists, are capable of. Katherine mainly showed us girly casual pieces, Kate did fabulous outerwear, Ashley stuck to avant-garde, Lindsay kept it trendy, and Rachel stayed loyal to her scarves and boots. Marchesa Is Launching a Contemporary Line

Marchesa's gorgeous red-carpet gowns are a favorite amongst the red-carpet crowd and come 2013, we might be spotting celebs in the brand's signature style on the sidewalk as well with the new announcement of an upcoming contemporary collection. "I am not really a traditional American sportswear designer, so I am hoping Marchesa will have something to offer that is very different from what’s on the floor at present," said designer Georgina Chapman, who also designs a Marchesa bridal collection and the more affordable Notte dress line. The new collection, retailing from $150 to $750, is set to debut around pre-Fall 2013 and will showcase daywear and accessories highlighting Marchesa's signature embroidery and prints. We can't wait to see how Marchesa will translate its decadent red-carpet style into everyday clothes. For now, check out some of our favorite looks from its latest Fall 2012 runway collection.
