We've been seeing so many hard-edged looks, it's refreshing to see a ladylike sundress — remember those? Sorority Row star Rumer Willis reminds us how fun it is to be feminine, but she adds a touch of tough with a to-die-for black Bottega handbag, silver hoop earrings, and dark nail polish. Everything else is light and oh so lovely.

Calling all glam-rocker girls: Balmain has just announced a handbag line and it's sounding as studly as its Fall collection. The small collection is set to include black leather messenger bags embellished with crystals or studs along with a funky, fringed, rock ’n’ roll bag iced with silver hardware. The new line will makes its debut in Paris during Fall precollection showings — these are gonna blow up.
